Stayed for 4 days the breakfast is very good but the same repeated on all the 4 days

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide and well-curated spread to suit all tastes. I especially appreciated the live stations where fresh dosas, eggs, and parathas were made to order – everything was hot, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The variety offered ensured there was something for everyone, and the overall quality and presentation were top-notch. A great way to start the day!

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. Filthy, tiny rooms, disgusting washrooms, dirty towels, and stained bedsheets – absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone something carrying the Marriott Bonvoy name. This place is a rip-off, charging premium prices for a stay that feels worse than a cheap roadside motel. Total disgrace. Save your money and your sanity – avoid this dump at all costs.

Comfortable beds and clean maintenance.

We were upgraded to a suite room since the one we booked was not available for early check-in, and we even paid an additional 3k for it. To our complete disappointment, the AC in the room did not work at all. After a long day, we were unable to rest properly and had to request a room change early the next morning.Despite repeatedly raising the issue, including when the engineer came in the evening and assured us it would work, the AC still failed. For a 5-star property, such a basic expectation as proper air conditioning should never be compromised. Additionally, the valet staff were unnecessarily rude. Overall, this was far from the 5-star experience we expected and paid for, and left us extremely dissatisfied.

1. Breakfast was good but could have been better. The spread was almost the same on all the days, no variation. 2. We order from their restaurant almost everyday and some of the food items were good but some were just average in terms of taste.3. Room we stayed in was a small "suite", but they have done some major major cost cutting, its really small for a couple and a kid. I would have been happier to pay a little extra for more space and better amenities.

Very clean room, lobby and friendly staffs. Breakfast menu had many healthy and tasty items.

My stay at Fairfield by Marriott was absolutely outstanding, thanks to the impeccable service from the entire team. The breakfast was a daily highlight, not just for the delicious food but also for the serene outdoor seating area, which was perfect for a relaxing start to the day. The staff's attention to detail was exceptional; having tea prepared exactly to my personal taste was a wonderful and memorable touch. From the warm welcome at reception to the efficiency of room service, every team member was professional, courteous, and truly excelled at their job. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Marriott and, while I appreciated the hotel’s great ambiance and food, my experience with the staff was quite disappointing.Unfortunately, I encountered a particularly rude staff member named Kalpana. Her approach was unprofessional, and I was taken aback by her demeanor. When I asked to speak with a manager regarding my concerns, she informed me there was no manager available and that she was the duty manager. Her lack of manners and courtesy was surprising and unacceptable.I hope there are security cameras that can review the interaction, as it was quite unpleasant. It’s a shame because the hotel itself has a lot to offer, but the poor service from staff, particularly in this instance, overshadowed my stay.I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff training to ensure a better experience for future guests.

We were there for a family work in the area and the location of Marriot suited us the best given that we wanted to work as well. The Internet was fast and not at all choppy unlike a lot of other hotels and the good part was even after you check out there was a space in the hotel lobby where you can work comfortably.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Hyderabad Gachibowli. A special shoutout to Chef Manish ,Mohotosh and Ankit who went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. He personally checked in with us during every meal, asked about our preferences, and ensured everything was just right. His attention to detail, warmth, and hospitality made us feel truly cared for. The food was delicious, and the personalized service really stood out. The entire kitchen staff was also very courteous and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast is like any other 4star hotel's breakfast, but the staff is very accommodating of my requirements. the chef went out of his way to make me something I wanted.

The regular rooms are a bit small and the price is a bit steep for that size

We had gone for a visa interview at US consulate which was pretty close by so we chose this hotel. It was nice but not good value for money. Breakfast was nice and the staff was courteous and h helpful.

Tiny rooms. Front desk and Hoise keeping worst. Had to wait 15 mins for an omlete and still it did not arrived

Clogged Drains Bathroom liquid soaps were not refilled Refrigerator not working Doors were jammed I had to call the housekeeping 5 times to get my clothes collected Front desk staff needed multiple reminders for every request

Room, staff and breakfast very good. Special mention to housekeeping. they turned around a shirt for me in 4 hrs , which was impressive and really needed!

no drinks in the room (mini bar). Would have expected at least a can of coke, and some nibbles (crisps, nuts etc)

Poor service from Reception.Despite paying my dues the previous night before checking out and requesting a final invoice I was told it would be ready the following morning. It was not. I requested it again the following morning but had to leave because I was in a hurry. I did not even get a receipt for my credit card transaction. This is not good practice.May I request that both these items are mailed to my home address in Australia?

many items were cold. Like you expect the food to be hot. However on request they would freshly prepare and serve.

Not value for money. Paid 32k for 2 days but got a very small room and the washroom and toilet sizes were very small.
