The staff was amazing and helpful in every ways and they had good utilities in the stay , I’ll definitely book this place again in the future .

The lights in the room was dim..it was hard to get ready in the dim light , other than that the stay was perfect .

Very cooperative staff. Cleanliness and maintenance of rooms is very good. Location convenient near to Hi tech city, thus suitable for people having events there.

Restaurant services average. They need to be more prompt in addressing guest's demands.

The location was good. The place was peaceful. Rooms were clean and well organised. It was a decent property.

Worthless. Too pricey. Safety hazard

They charged 11000 INR for a night. The room was so tiny and not as advertised. There were so many safety hazards inside the room. The worth of the room is not more than 2000inr.

The ground staff. Tushar from the ground staff really helped me with timely service , be it serving water bottles, tissues. Small things matter !

The lighting in the room needs to be brighter.

My friend referred it as a boutique hotel, quite disappointed.

The room given to me was weirdly shaped, few of the lights in the room did not work. The room looks like had twin beds but made it as queen and made the switch and the plug points in the middle of the bed. The toilet is with glass and they have provided a curtain to hide it away which is not to my comfort zone. The shampoo and soap dispensers did not work. The bed linen, pillows, pillow covers and the towels provided needs urgent replacement. There was some maintenance work going on which made noise and no information about it.

The ambience is superb and the foods are amazing.

During my check-in, the front desk person was exceptionally good and humble, managing everything with a smile. However, in the evening, when my friend came to meet me, another front desk staff named Mr. Bhuvan denied him entry, displaying rude and arrogant behavior. When questioned, he couldn't provide a satisfactory answer and instead suggested checking out. As a resident of the UAE visiting Hyderabad twice a year, I've been comfortable with this hotel for the past three years. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I am reconsidering my choice, and I wonder how the management allows such behavior from their front desk staff.

The rooms are pretty decent size, perfect for a solo or couple. They have a study table and chair on which I could take my video calls...have seperate luggage space to keepA lockerA fridge2 water bottles per dayBreakfast is also goodThe best place to hangout is they have a open area in the backyard where table and chairs are arranged where you can hangout and have your breakfast lunch dinner....I really enjoyed that place.Most importantly they gave me early check-in...that's so nice of them....I really appreciate it....as In have to go to office and I had just arrived from Mumbai I wanted to freshen-up a bit...so I got checked-in at around 9:30 am

Their electric kettle seems to be quite old...so when I was heating the water in it...the water would contain some black particles that is more of a corrosive particles from the kettle.Also in the bathroom the shower taps were really tight...I had a hard time to on and off the shower

Cleanliness, location, no parking for guests, rooms not upto the mark, not worth the pricing, there are several other better properties available at this price.

The place and ambiance was good, peaceful and tidy.

I guess it's the hygiene of the sheets, I had terrible body rashes after my stay here. This was horrible. Also the taste of food is all same, no matter what u order the food tasts same, same masala and taste. Disappointed.

Breakfast was decent, location was accessible.

Rooms had a weird smell, had mosquitoes on day one, and had poor torn bed linen. But the staff tried to help when these concerns were raised.

they even charge for water bottle they give only 1liter bottle remaining chargeable

I liked the area where it is located and it is maintained clean inside hotel.

Room is little bit of cost not worthy for 6,500 and should improve staff behaviour.
