Always clean and great location. Helpful staff.

There was construction all day. When the staff knew the construction was right next to my room, they should have voluntarily moved me to another room. They did not. It was rough to be in the room with all the noise and drilling.

I have not received the invoice so far, they said they will email the same. There are some additional charges shown in the invoice print they shown while check out, which they could not explain properly. Altogether, I don't recommend this place. It is not worth it.

The room was spacious, breakfast was very good. The location was amazing, close to a lot of nice cafes and eateries.

The bathroom looked a bit old and was on the smaller side.

Check in time flexibility. 2pm is too late. Despite putting a request at the time of booking , it could not be done . We can understand if the hotel was totally full, but it didn’t look like that.

Pricing & policy differed from what was shown in booking.com. While booking the total price was inclusive of extra bed for child(it was mentioned all inclusive or no extra fee for bed) but at the hotel they charged Rs.1500 for extra bed

I feel overcharged for booking online on booking. com. Room size was small as compare to number of guests (4) including 2 kids, additional mattress provided on chargeable basis later waived off.. on request. Essential kits was provided only for 1 not for all the guests.

1. The rooms were small2. Had bad lighting - white 3. Short staffed4. No liquor licence 5. The bill was not generated in the counter and was emailed only by end of day6. Absolutely No Value for Money @ ₹16500 / night7. Overall very unpleasant experience

The rooms are excellent and service is too good. Mr Baskar is very humble and comes and ask what you want and make sure it's done.The location is great and good car parking. The rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast varieties are good and lots of options.Keep up the good work.

The improvement required is if the rooms are occupied by 3 people need to provide one extra access card to get into the lift. The cafeteria space can be extended little bigger. Sometimes the housekeeping intercom is not reachable.

Nothing. Honestly, I wished this hotel would be nice for my family to spend their holiday time but after visiting the hotel we felt this is a waste of money. No proper hospitality, no one to respond, understaffed, lethargic. behaviour, unfit to be a hotel to visit. If anyone who is interested to waste their money on a crap like this, then I strongly recommend proceeding. I spent close to 82K for 4 rooms for 2 days, which is a total waste. We were given extra cot which are normally used by cleaning people which was a very bad quality one. We asked for a towel, and we received it after 3 hours. I strongly recommend booking. com to blacklist this hotel for any customer reference. We struggled a lot during our stay with a family. Our family members were very old, and they were totally frustrated and disappointed with their stay and with the staffs. Staffs were lying and being inhuman which is not normal. You should not waste a huge money on a small box room like this and I would recommend finding hotels like Radisson where you can find a better deal and lesser price than this.

I didn't like anything in this hotel. The stay, rooms, staffs, hospitality, care for the people, attendants, breakfast was horrible, and you need to stand and eat there with no place to sit. Not worth the money at all. Take this hotel from any list and does not recommend to any customers.

The worst experience was not up to the level and unclean and small room. The tissue box is filled with glass pieces. If you want I can send you the videos.The restaurant looks like a small roadside restaurant. Not at all worthy for the money.

Don't cheat people....I could have initiated a service deficiency suit for a bad experience.
