FabHotel Limestone Suites - 750m from Yashoda Hospitals, Somajiguda

Location is very nearby and easily connected. Breakfast was OK.

Lunch & Dinner not satisfactorily.

Idly chutney.

Hot water not available for 3 days.3 days Bad smell in 1st floor steps dog keeping and barking .

Please do not trust Fab chain and book the hotel

1.Fab Hotel Limestone Suites & Aura both are same but they list as different in booking.com2. I have cancelled my booking at the time of check in as their no provision for food and their nothing near by where i can to and get something 3. i went with family due to all the above problem i have cancelled my booking 4. The worst part neither from Fab or booking.com no one approached to see why booking has been cancelled....5. I tried to reach out the customer service things did not go well....

The location is ok

The Hotel is not as clean as expected hence my early check out, more need to be done. starting from the general cleanliness of the room, the beddings food, etc....

Disappointing

We stayed for 2 days and we checkout after asking any dues ...they said all cleared now calling over the phone and keep on asking for cash...it's so inconvenient......

The staff was pleasant. It is rather cheap and we could arrive very late

The hotel was noisy.Noise coming from outside and inside.I hardly slept.

the staff were polite and provide locker facility as requested during the stay .

there was no kettle and tea or coffee sachets in the room as advertised as amenities provided while booking the hotel.

The location was nice and quiet. The toilets were clean

The sheets were stained and the towel as well.. The room had seepage from the ceiling which has probably happened earlier which had left marks and fungus formation as well. When I cancelled the room they refused a refund and offered another room where the sheets were stained so I just checked out.

Nothing apart from room size

The location is in a remote location with no easy access to basic needs. The staff are not as friendly, only one litre drinking water bottle is provided for 2 guests. Will not recommend this to any one. Worst experience.

Peace...the locality in which this property is nestled...its really calm.Peace from the city type distraction's...though being right in the city.Staff's are good in responding.

Bathroom need to furbished...as the room in which I was staying the ceiling was either broken or make shift thermocol was placed to hide the openings

Staff are very friendly! Room is quite comfortable and clean.

Clean budget hotel with very large nice beds and reasonable en suite rooms with tv and lots of storage options. Staff were nice enough, only one seemed to speak English but that was fine. Breakfast was two boiled eggs, bread and jam. Much like the whole hotel, it was all fine, no complaints, although also nothing spectacular.

Location isn't great - it's near the lake but oddly hard to actually get to the lake - and it's not very near much else (except a slum, which it overlooks). It is perhaps more authentic in some regards. Also, bear in mind you can get anywhere in Hyderabad on a tuk tuk for a few quid anyway. (Never more then £4/5, usually half that).

I stayed at the Fab Hotel for 2 nights while on my way to a yoga retreat. OveralI was I was very pleased with this hotel. It was very well priced and therefore while not luxurious was clean, bright spacious and comfortable. It was close to the metro which made travelling easy. They had a very good spicy Indian breckfast which suited me.

While most is the staff (all male) were helpful, two at least were not at all friendly and quite rude and gave the impression I was not welcome. This made me feel very uncomfortable 935as I am woman travelling on her own at that stage of the journey. On my return I was hoping to stay there again for a night. But I am not sure of the welcome I would get

Property located in a good and calm residential area. Veg restaurants, bakeries, groceries etc. are walking distance. Irrum Manzil metro is a 15 min walk. App taxis and autorickshaws easily available. Most sight seeing places are within 30 min travel distance. Manager and most staff were co-operative

Property is not well maintained and nothing like the photos shown. Cleanliness is below average. One of the front desk staff was quite irritating and rude. Tea/coffee maker and hot water flask were not available. No option of lunch or dinner at the property. They have very limited extra beds and were able to arrange only after multiple requests. Since it was the year-end we had to book this as no other hotel was available in the vicinity

During Booking it was shown the continental breakfast but only idli and bada are available. Not Value for Money

FabHotel Limestone Aura staff were friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and comfortable

The location was very central. Through the window one can see a small slum/huts area but the rest was good.

There was no kettle provided even after request. Every picture shows a kettle and it’s listed as one of amenities so I found that unacceptable. We got one on the second day though. The service wasn’t good either. The receptionist seemed to be lost and overwhelmed with any inquiry or question we had. One should know that there is no restaurant in this hotel so not even hot or cold drinks can be ordered.
