Friendly & helpful staff... neat rooms, toilets , enjoyed the stay.....liked your early morning Check-in .....hope you maintain this flexibility....thank you for the over all experience.

Was spacious and clean, housekeeping staff was great

Breakfast could improve

Exceptional stay, cleanliness is maintained well, reasonable prices. Serving breakfast and included in your stay cost.

The road to get to the location is a bit hard, and mostly under construction

Hospitality is goodBreakfast is good

Single person bathrooms are a lil small but manageable

The property was as shown in the app. I liked the breakfast and the stay. The bed was really comfy and clean.Best for work related stays.

The restroom was congested

Liked everything including the room, check in process , food & staff…

There was road work going on and when I check in late, little bit concerned with the road.. blot otherwise it’s a great property to stay..

Property is very good for family stay, each house is having 4 rooms with common hall. In any combination, the accomodation can be taken. Homely complementary breakfast.

From main road the road leading to the property is a mud road and due to rain and road work , at times faced issues to commute in car till the property . It is just 500 MTR distance. Non rainy season there should not be any problem.

"The location is excellent, near a rapidly developing area, though it's a bit removed from the city centre. It's accessible by taxi, but having your vehicle is recommended. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic! The balcony suites offer a relaxing space with a pleasant view, away from city sounds, a silent place, making your stay even more enjoyable."

"The remote location is still developing, and the roads could be improved. However, the breakfast was excellent. For a better experience, the hotel should offer more diverse food options throughout the day, ideally from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, in a clean and well-maintained restaurant. It would also be beneficial to have a shuttle service to the nearest bus or metro station, with scheduled trips to help guests move around easily—this could be offered as a separate charge if necessary. The rooms are currently clean, but there's room for improvement in terms of hygiene. The balcony suites in Hyderabad provide a comfortable stay, but enhancing these aspects would make the experience even better."

It is nice to stay with family in one apartment vs separate hotel rooms. The layout is very good. Staff is very reciprocating.

The location is not good. Next to the building is dump yard. Even with balcony can’t open the doors. Even if we ignore that, the bad part is there is no daily housekeeping. There are no extra toilet tissue rolls or paper napkins. You have to keep calling the reception for everything. There is no sweeping everyday, so will have to stay with the dust and dirt until you leave. At least they should keep a broom in the apartment. There is no basic amenities such as iron board, hair dryer, garbage clearance etc..If you order food, the garbage keeps getting accumulated as there is no daily housekeeping.

Great location, close to the centre at Great price.

Breakfast was late, early leavers should forget breakfast.

The room and facilities.
