- Beware!!!!!! Do not book this hotel. The hotel overbooked itself. This hotel is under Oyo. Upon booking on booking.com, Oyo asked for partial payment. I made the partial payment, but upon arrival they refused to provide any room saying nothing is available. The caretaker is absolutely rude and doesn't know how to talk. I made 20+ calls to over 24 hrs to the owner and he did not respond. Had to move away and book another hotel. The hotel is nothing like the pictures. It's absolutely horrible!

Very nice looking and spacious rooms. Big specious suite room comfortable beds.Soft pillow and nice bed sheet.
The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect.

Room photos showing in the website are completely wrong. Stay is not clean and room is small and dirty. Bathroom is small enough for cats but not for men.

l don’t like anything because it’s a dirty place and room . They are not cleaning the room and when I booked the room it’s cost showing 2500 when I came to the hotel they said pay 5600 . So I have any other option because I came with my family. so don’t book with Oyo Imperial guest house it’s a request
