The reception and the welcoming porch are well maintained

They have to invest more on interior of the room and mainly washroom. Toilet seat was broken and pipes are old.

Very poor attendance at the breakfast buffet,staff members were not paying attention

The receptionist at the hotel were very ill mannered and disrespectful

I was disappointed when I found No AC for another two bed. Would have been informed me during the booking. Any we didn't asked about this, gentlely

The room was good. All the facilities were available. The staff was good.

The location was inside a street so had to walk to the cab at some occasions.

The hotel was more than I expected as the food, hospitality and cordial managers added with equally helpful staff were very very good.

It is very difficult to reach the hotel in car, the back alley is occupied by the shops and makes the road smaller. We were blocked just 100 metres front of hotel and had to take reverse and came around from other side.

Every time I visit ,i find this hotel is perfect.This is my continuous 4 th visit and I find from staff till management, everything is perfect.Rooms are good ,spacious with a balcony attached

Location is very busy ,so cab is little difficult during business hours Also they should have their own restaurant, However I heard that they are developing.

I really like this hotel the staff and management are very friedly. The room spacious snd clean. The breakfast buffet is just about the best If had in many visits to India. The location is down a relatively quiet street in an otherwise noisy city. Its walkable to Charminar and only a short distance to the metro. There is car and motorbike parking and a good restaurant at the end of the street.I have stayed here several times. It s my no 1 choice when I am in Hyderabad I

The approach road is very congested, and a very foul smell is coming from some parts of that road

Although located in the highly noisy centre of Hyderabad, this hotel was in a side street and we can hear absolutely no noise in the bedroom. The rooms and hotel were of average to high standard and very clean.

During the day the staff sprays insecticide in the whole hotel. The smell is acrid and makes the throat itch. It reminded me of kerosene and it's absolutely disgusting. No warning was given - if it was, we would have left the hotel avoiding the smell and its effects. The bathroom is quite large but there is no shower curtain or cabin, so the whole floor gets wet and when after taking a shower you need to go back you have to wear footwear otherwise you'll get wet. A simple shower curtain would suffice to stop this.

The hotel is located in a quiet lane - good sleep guaranteed.If there was a possibility, we would award more than 10 points to all the polite, friendly and helpful receptionists.In total we have travelled India for one year and we consider New Hotel Suhail best organized among all accommodations we had so far. We had a minor claim regarding towels. It was dealt with and solved immediately.  The room was spacious and clean.Wifi worked perfectly. One liter of bottled water was provided every day free of charge.Pics on Booking.com depict reality.We can definitely recommend New Hotel Suhail.Thanks to all of you for making our stay an exceptional one. You definitely stand out of the crowd. Please keep up with it!

The location is fine. Breakfast could have been priced lesser.

Hot water not available for one day of the stay. This could have been avoided.

The staff were really making an effort to do their best. The buffet breakfast was very good - varied and great quality. There was a little balcony in the room. The hotel is on a side street, so it was very quiet, which is very rare in India.

Central location Was allowed to reduce my days without penalty and check out early
