The location (if there was anything to like) everyrhing else was horrible.

I tried three different rooms, all with cockroaches in the bed. I was not able to get a refund and cancel my reservation, even after I told them there were roaches in all the beds. Stains on all of the sheets and bed covers. Neighbour room had a party till 5AM where loud music was playing, people were shouting and glass was breaking. The staff was not helpful at all, except for offering to spray my room with poison to kill all the animals in there.

We booked online and when we reach hotel the management ask to pay more money . So we plan to stay 1 and half day and we find another hotel

Location facilitates quick travels to tourist spots located in old hydrabad. Good restaurants are also around

This hotel was from the Treebo Club chain so I had not expected the following stupid things that made experience disappointing.1. Pest Control required- Found cockroches and bed bugs in room. Found spider nets formed below the bed. Informed desk admin team but found no solution to it.2. Rude behaviour: Desk Admin Staff is very rude, especially after you pay the money. They start behaving as if customers do not matter to them. Service orientation is hugely missing. 3. Though requested at booking and clarified at check-in, the desk manager was reluctant to provide an additional mattress with bedsheet & blankets.When followed up, a mattress with a torn bedsheet & a dirty blanket was provided.I literally pursued getting a blanket changed but the desk manager was so adamant that kept saying 'this is the last available blanket'.Having understood their lack of customer needs, I actually have to purchase another blanket from town.4. Bedsheets are changed only on alternate days if you request for it. The add-on bedsheet was never changed in my 5 days stay there.5. Breakfast: Fixed menu of Idly & Wada brought from the nearby street vendor. In all poor experience for family stay because of unpleasant behaviour and lack of service orientation for Desk Team. Sometimes customers have to bear this nonsense to avoid spoiling your holiday plans.Note: Bookin.com shall engage 3rd party inspections regularly to avoid having such hotels on their portal for booking.

This looks like a better place to stay in a rundown and overcrowded place. Checked a few other properties too which were mostly not clean and hygenic.Booking.com should carry out suprise checks on this properties which they are sending customers to

Bed Sheets were Old

The rooms were clean. 24hours hot water facilities.

Breakfast could have been better served. Also the bedding can be better.

The staff was really good , Alam and mohan .. they were very humble, polite and professional

Initially, I got a deluxe room as I had booked.. but the room was not as shown in the pictures.. since they were renovating the hotel on the last day the is 24th of Feb I was asked to change the room and downgrade to standard room.. which was not the right thing happened It was a trouble. And yes, the TV was not working in the room

Don't book this property if you are with a partner or spouse.

The staff is very rude and not at all helpful to the customers. They don't update the terms and conditions of the hotel and argue to contact the booking agency or else pay extra and make other bookings from the counter—a pathetic experience and inconvenience to all those travelling to Hyderabad and planning to stay near Char Minar.

Good, clean rooms with a lot of space.

The location wasn’t good. There was a lot of meat being cut up and sold in the neighbouring streets, and it didn’t have a very friendly or welcoming feeling. The shower didn’t work so we had to squat under the tap. The booking.com booking was cancelled by the hotel despite it still showing as confirmed with payment on arrival on booking.com. Fortunately there was another room available but we wouldn’t stay here again because of the uncertainty of actually having a booking on arrival.

It was just average ..

some repairs are still pending …It was located in an interior location … hassle to reach the property
