The reception staff was rude and tried to cheat us. The booking was still on and they have mentioned the rooms are not available and booking got cancelled need to pay the amount which is way higher than the listed one. After a very long dispute finally they have accommodated us with the existing booking.Don't book this property as it is full of cheaters and boozers.

Price marketed in the website is far different than what they demand during checkin. I was charged 200% in addition to what I made the payment T during booking. This is the second time I faced and observed few customers had same situation.

Nothing. More than human being we will find cockroaches everywhere.

Horrible customer service. They don't even provide water. Nobody to help u take luggage till the room. Lift breaks down every now and then. We had booked 5 rooms but we all had very bad experience. I think booking.com does not visit their properties everything. Never book through booking.com coz they promise something and we get something else. The reception guy charged 600 more from my mom coz she checked in before me.

The room, toilet, towel and bedsheet is too dirty, in invoice mention breakfast is complemtery but no bf is available. 24/7 lift is not working.. but rooms are available above the 3rd floor

When it was Lotus the hotel is too good.. ofter Oyo worst, while booking show breakfast is included.. but no breakfast, always they give 4th and 5th floor room. But lift is always not working, too dirty in beds room and bathroom, tv is not working, toilet seat is too damaged..worst worst worst
