- Night reception par baithne wale uncle very horrible. Firstly humne online booking karne par bhi unhone room sold out keh diya or dusra hotel dekhne ko kaha but jab humne bola ki abhi counter payment karna hai to usne extra charges leke humara check in kiya jabki humara booking ant 2865/- ka tha lekin usane 3500 cash payment liye. We lived there for 2 days and his duty at night and he asking for money for water bottle supply in cash or on his personal UPI no. Cleanliness and hygiene very poor, Ac was not working.
- I've been following up for invoice. I was told that I will get invoice on my email, but I haven't received invoice yet
