The staff was excellent. Whenever we needed something, we got assistance. The breakfast is ecellent and abundant, impeccable rooms with vieuw, everything was more than we expected.

For breakfast we had coffee, tea, milk, mate de coca, fresh fruit, yoghurt with cereals, bread (but not wholemeal), butter, marmalade, ham, cheese, eggs, but no pancakes.
No elevator. A bottle of water at the reception costs 4 soles, when across the street at the supermarket it costs only 3 soles. Fortunately there was no much traffic in Santa Teresa.
