Cons -
- They moved me to a different room after the shower room water leaked to the lower floor, No one apologized, my room should have had a street view, but they moved me to a room smaller with no view only someone's rooftop. Terrible customer service.
- The check in and check out process can be faster. Perhaps a key drop for checking out will expedite the process.
- They could add hair conditioner. They only provided shampoo and shower gel. and the shower glass is a little short, so all the water from the shower ends up on the floor in the bathroom.

When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they did not recognise our booking and there were no rooms reserved.
