Everything was so nice. Staff was very welcoming, Room and washroom was neat and clean. Stay was comfortable. Helpful staff and good management team. Overall great.

Everything was horrible. No cleanliness. Bed spread was dirty and not changed. a/c not working. bath room not clean. no water coming. I didn't even checkin. i just walked out to take another room.

Very bad experience, I booked for Rs.536 , during check-in time they demand for additional 1261 so I paid because already I late for my occasion. Room worth for 500 only. No tv, brocken cot, toilet flesh not working, etc.

Nothing was good

Dirty room and no hygienic thing in and out of the room. Bad smell in the room and no ventilation. Rest rooms were very ugly and dirty. Felt UN-comfort to use the rest room. Kindly exclude these kind of stays from your list. Waste of money for me

This is not place of worth for money. Facilities not clean. There are a lot of bed bucks and bad smells everywhere.

I have part paid advance while booking and when approached the property they are informing that there is no vacancy. After waiting for hours they allocated room where we found old cot, TV not working, unpleasant and un comfortable.

The hotel is cheating the customers . While booking the booking.com showed me price Rs.700approx and part paid Rs.350/-. Confirmation given me to pay balance Rs.350/- but I paid Rs. 850/-. Total room rent is 1200rs. Totally we are cheated. Asking for receipt they are not giving. This property name IS JAYA GROUP OF HOTELS but in online booking they are in the name CAPITAL OJ2. FRAUD... WE ARE CHEATED. please don't book this property.

Very bad not worth the money - I was charged extra for this.

Room was dirty, most of the taps don't work. Water is dripping out of AC. They have a new technology to tackle though, they use buckets to fix the dripping water. Unclean, floor, room staff use shoes in the room and room is full of footmarks.

Very bad service.paid fof AC room but Ac was not working.broken taps.water was not coming properly.no bed sheets available.no tv.Pls dont book this property.No sign boards negative marks only.they didn't give Invoice also.

The receptionist is an arrogant man and he doesn’t know how to treat the guests. He changed the amount that showed by booking .com and he charged extra money .

I booked room for Rs.789 with breakfast, but they charged Rs.1200 & don't provide breakfast. No toiletries available. Check in time is 12.00 noon, but I got the room to check in at 8.30 p.m. I have waited 4 hrs for check in the room, booking from website is not effective staff not care about booked in website.TV not working

- no shower and bathing tap were not working- tv connection not working- two way switch for room not there- paid at the place more than what was mentioned at the confirmation message
