Ambience and cleanliness is good

Queen size bed was expecting but it was two single cot

Disappointing

The room and bathroom was dirty. Basic cleanliness and needs was not provided. Every small thing like tissue paper also was given after asking for it. They must focus on better service, staff grooming, clean rooms, bathroom, cutlery and tables at breakfast counter must be clean.

The location was quite accessible.

The room with a single master bed...there should be more space inside the room

Room was very neat and minimalistic.

It could have had natural light. Also the location on Google maps is wrong, so I had to walk a bit with my bags. It's just a few metres but they could change the location to make life easier for guests.

TERRIBLE STAY AND PRICY

The rooms were too small from the photos shown which was deceiving and there was no ventilation. The bathrooms were dirty, and very small beds. The food will be available after fighting with the staff even when we arrive within the time limit. We literally stayed in a dungeon for 13k. A horrible experience won't recommend to anyone. When I had bought these complaints to the treebo customer care, they gave zero fcuks and gave a plain statement of sorry. Sorry for what??giving crappy facilities and minting money??

Ambience was good but breakfast was not good..! Quantity of food is very low so we need to wait for the food..!

Location is an issue. It was difficult to identify the hotel for the people who came for the first time.

The only good thing was the staff being nice. However, they had their limitations given the facilities.

Nothing was to like, small rooms, no queen beds instead 2 single beds. No ventilation resulting in a very stinky bathroom. No toiletries apart from brush and toothpaste. Unclean utensils. Very bad food. The location is also very bad, hard to get transport unless you walk an half a km.

Worst hotel. Not worth paying 3000+ bucks. Unprofessional staff. Torn towels, slippery bathroom, dirty bed etc.The location is. Residential area and cars cannot enter the property freely.I will never stay in this hotel. It was the worst experience ever.

The staff was extremely rude and barged into to my room even before it was checkout time and they didn’t we let me take a shower as it was 3 min above the checkout time

This is probably the worst stay we have ever had in India. Absolutely catfished, from the start we found that the reviews were not true at all. please see below,1. The WIFI was really bad, 2. It was not near any of the food places or eateries, 3. The toilet did not have toiletries or even a dust bin, 4. The TV has only Indian channels, 5. The staff are very poorly trained and don't know how to treat guests 6. We were charged INR 500 for a sheet which had some stains (which could have been easily washed off) 7. Breakfast was bad, while we were waiting in queue to get tea, staff members rudely cut in line and took tea in the middle.

Everything, I think the reviews are written by the staff themselves, the reviews and the actual experience is so far apart. Bluntly put they are lying, everything from the room size to the WIFI to the location is a lie.

Only the location was good in terms of access to the city

Horrible cleanliness.Geyser wasn't working.Basic amenities are chargeable.Construction was on the whole time, wasn't notified about it. Noisy most of the day.

Room was supposed to be equipped with basic facilities- no toilet paper- dental kit was charged - no towels - commode was not at all clean nor the seat - linens had light bad odor - trying to connect to the property after my stay , no response yet

The staff was really nice. I booked the hotel last minute but still they accommodated us very happily.The manager was really nice.

Everything was good, but they good add more into their breakfast. We stayed there for 3 days and same options everyday. They should have different options on different days.

The location is not easily accessible . There was no response form the property thru booking.com channel . I have asked for 2 separate beds, not even taken into consideration
