- I love that our room was always tidy and clean but we stayed 6 days and they didn’t change the sheets. Just tidy up the bed and gave us new clean towels. The bed didn’t smell or anything but I did notice that the sheets were always the same ones
- Nobody told us we were supposed to book a spot for the Jacuzzi so we were not able to use it. The services are pretty poor and they do as little as possible to cater to passengers' needs

We liked breakfast, very nice and many options. Very clean, the cleaning girls were really pleasing and nice. All the staff at the reception were helpful and accommodating. location was fantastic.
No air conditioning, the room had a very noisy ceiling fan. we complained about it but no solution, 2 days before we left a glass cup from the lights in the fan’s centre fell on the floor, at that point the technician was sent to our room.
The location was great with nice view of the ocean and close to centro too. They have 2 bedroom unit perfect for our family
