First off all very friendly and professional staff. The location is nice just in front some lovely beaches. Beds are comfortable, rooms spacious and badroom luxurious. Swimming pool with great views and small but decent gym.

We loved the proximity of the property to many attractions in the city.
The reception of the television was off at first and hard to navigate.
Everything!! The location was great with ocean view. The room was beautiful, comfortable with a nice view . Facilities were great . Beautiful pool . The staff were great . Everybody was very nice and kind and they go an extra mile to please you !! Definitely we’ll come back .

I like that the location is very accessible and safe. Although i was expecting a “beachfront” hotel but its facing the road before the beach

It’s pretty dated looking (and older building that’s been half modernised) and for the price you pay you would expect better.
It was new, well maintained, pretty. Lovely view and good location (close to downtown and north neighborhoods).
Gym was very small and not very well equipped, and it was hot in there. Black out shades were automatic but didn’t close all the way. It was also very noisy early due to cleaning.
We had reserved a room with 1 bed, since we are a couple. However, we got two twin beds instead, and we were tired after a long drive from Buenos Aires and a late night arrival. We informed the hotel that night, but they fixed it the next day. We would give a score of 10 if not for this, since everything was perfect after that.
An impressive new hotel with clever design, and high levels of comfort and facilities, and charming staff who try very hard. The pool and gym facilities are exceptional.
The breakfast room, which doubles up as the dining room, seems to have received none of the attention lavished elsewhere, and you dine there (not very well, on our visit) among the set-up for the next day’s breakfast. Another thing that could easily be improved is that the front desk staff rarely bother to engage with guests; an occasional buen día would go a long way.
