Great location. Amazing water view. Unique architecture.

The rooms are old. There is no good way to charge the phone. The plugs are down low and very few.

I liked the pool and the water temperature. I also thought the staff was super nice and friendly.

I thought the room was a little dated, but I knew that was the case coming in, so I was not surprised or disappointed. The elevators had a strange odor, like of burnt wood or something.

Breakfast was good quality

The standard room had two beds, really old mattresses, really uncomfortable. TV was not smart, only TV channels, in spanish.I booked our stay with great expectations but we were really disappointed. Also I booked it as a pet friendly hotel, as I travelled with my small dog, but I was charged 50 usd for my dog, that isn't Friendly! I mean my dog is trained and did not break nor messed up anything? SH should give back the money if there's no damage. Booking should clearly state that pets owners must pay 50 USD!

The best location in the city, clean hotel

Little bow old and need renovation, In the bathroom, there is no paint on the ceiling in places and with, very poor breakfast: from vegetables are only tomatoes cherries and nothing more

The view is excellent. Location is an 8.The breakfast was very good.The gym it's ok, but the machines are old.

Great staff! Very friendly people who try to help with any question. The food was also very tasty.

Terrible condition of the room and the hotel itself. Everything is very old and in poor condition. The shower was very dirty and the rug stank badly…

Practically nothing. A terrible experience

On arrival at the hotel we immediately encountered problems. We wanted to change the booking, the hotel staff refused to help us, saying that only booking can make changes. We had to call support, which is very expensive when roaming. Further the hotel staff tried to increase the cost of the hotel by almost 1000 USD, although the voucher was the final cost. Again we had to call booking support. The rooms were very old, the hotel had not been renovated for a long time, the bathroom was scary to use. In general the hotel was definitely not like a 5 star hotel with a room rate of 500 USD per night (it was executive suits:-) supposed to be best in hotel). We wanted to check out early and had to call support again. All in all awful.

I asked for 2 extra pillows. The never sent them.The Hotel needs a remodeling, no usb ports as you can find in Marriott's Hotels

Breakfast was mediocre, not a single piece of anything was served, this being a 5 star hotel seems unacceptable.Too expensive room service food.Too expensive by-the-pool food.Too low employees/children ratio in the playroom.Valet parking bringing our car deciding to set air conditioning in its lowest temperature for a 50m drive was totally unnecessary.Need to leave a credit card pre charged amount if you want to get food/drinks charged to you room.

-When you arrive, I recommend to check the windows right away: the first night it was impossible to sleep due to the noise from the street. Looking closely we realized that the problem was the window not closing completely. We reported it the next day and the problem was fixed. Even with the window fixed, I’d not recommend “Sea view rooms” for light sleepers since you can hear the noise of the road (horn, ambulances, etc.)-Lack of electrical outlets in the room, complicated to charge any electronic device.-Very dated bathroom. Shower head too low: if you are taller than 180 cm it is not possible to stand in the shower. Cleaning to improve: presence of hair in the tub.-One day the room was not cleaned despite the sign on the door being put up correctly.

Hospitality, facilities, Las Barcas restaurant staff , food and service. Amazing breakfast and very comfortable. Very kind staff and well educated attmosphere.

Well, in the room you have two books 1) Mormon religion book 2) New testament religion book... I think that having The Christian Bible will make a difference.

No wifi in the breakfast room. No mini bar for a 5 stars hotel?

Everything was amazing!!! great room, despite the fact that we are vegan, the breakfast had different options for all of us. Reception and Bar personal were very kind !!!

Really Sheraton Mar del Plata is a excellent option to stay with family

It was very good, except for coffee, the one from the machines was horrendous, but the service were nice and brought me a tasty coffee from the kitchen!!

I had booked a double bed with sea side view. When we arrived we were given a room with a cemetery view!!! Absolutely not the same, to get the sea- side view we had to content with two single beds, and I was charged just the same, even though when I booked the room, the double bed had an extra charge, as did the view!!! We were staying there just for a few days, so I had no intention to lose muy precious time discussing with a manager and accepted the two bed room, but I think that we could at least had been offered a discount, I’m still waiting!!!
