No coordination between staff. Breakfast not provided as staff was not informed. TV was not working

Dirty rooms. Not cleaned. Toilet experience is horrible. Used cigarettes, waste, hair totally ugly room

Breakfast is super, and the staffs are so friendly and helpful ! I will definitely recommend to all others !

Air-condition of our both rooms are not working ! Fortunately, we are in Bangalore during best weather.

Hotel as a whole... One basic need I wanted to highlight. There is no hot water in the bathroom. No staff is responding if asking for it.

Room was big, location walking distance from Brigade Road.Staff cooperative. Set menu breakfast.

Room cleaning should be done everyday as per their time table.Tea bags & cups should be provided inside the room.

Room was not up to the mark which they gve me first later they changed it In all hotels for late check Is complanitory But i have stayed in lot of hotels for the first time they have charged for late check out Tat was nit good ?? ?

Staff was very supportive and friendly. They gave drinking bottled water every day. Location was nice. Room was spacious. The lady who manages the day shift was very friendly. .

Room cleanliness was not good Lots of small cockroaches were there. Bathroom also was not clean as expected. Towels were also not clean. Bed sheets also had dirt. Paid 10560 for three nights it is not wrong to expect a little more cleanliness.

Hospitality was really good as the receptionist Rani madam took up good care of our stay and made our stay comfort

Odd smell from bathroom and tiles were more slippery as even they have remodified hotel some odd smell and water bottle provided was not good as caught cold for entire family members rest all things were fine

Didnt like anything , the picture were showed different and room given was different, booking.com gave us a room but the hotel changed it due to the price issues

The pictures showed and allocated room were different. As per the booking the delux room and luxury quadruple room was given but the hotel refused to give us the luxury room and gave us delux room. There were cockroaches in the hotel mo cleanliness and was odour

Blankets are dirty room with no tv connect and cable just for showoff nothing works

I Booked the hotel through booking.com and when I reach there they denied to give us the room.

Very bad behavior from the staff

The rooms were so small,staffs are very rude and rooms and bathrooms are unclean.I booked from booking.com sites and it's says ₹ 2,152.11 for the room but the hotel charged me 2461.00 from my account

entire the property and staff behaviours are totally bad!!!they didn’t gave me the booked room. and the bathroom door were completely broken . Entire fake property is showing in booking.com

the manager who was a lady was really good. she was friendly and so hardworking and she single handedly manages the entire property

I love the room. Very big and nice. I would also love to say thank you to the owner, manager and the receptionist for taking good care of me. For making me always safe. So i will recommend this hotel to my friends for future reference. Again, i love this hotel because of its concern to their guest.

Close to the city.The lady in the reception was very friendly

Genius Breakfast was horrible. Served on a plate and delivered to the room. When I asked from the Reception one person said the breakfast will be in the restaurant and the person who was next to him said it will be served to the room. Booking.con should not promote the Genius Breakfast in this hotel.
