Just put up

Very bad Reapection management. And taking one hour to check in with new staff anything and ever thing they ask in the phone and bad a/c. Clogged Ac and no flow of air. And calling some one and getting them the service very long. After a telling them many times the manager changed our room to another floor

Rooms are spacious

Service is very poor. Live counters are horrible

Easy reach to get the PSN, good size rooms, helpful stay. Breakfast choice was good. Lastly, the onsite spa was fantastic, we would recommend ?

The bar here are goodThe rooftop bar is amazing The food is teasty, good portion value for money ,not too crowded is it is good spend time

The rooms and the food

The pool was very dirty and the play area for the kids wasn't exactly completely functional.

Location, new and clean hotel. Good gym.

The staff in the breakfast area were not welcoming and pleasant. Just starring if we ask something. Coffee tastes horrible / tastes like the beans are overburned. For the cost the breakfast is not worth. The pasteries, noodles are not fresh . Idly is not good. Quality of the bed is not good, we got back pain. The told initially an amount is blocked in my card for garantee which was 1500 rs more than the. Hotel charges. But finally they told me that by mistake they charged the card instead of blocking. The staff said that balance will be refunded. But still have not got it

The entire stay was pleasant with the staff being truly amiable. The pillows were the best part of The Den. I would love to know the pillows they use to get better sleep at home.

Hot water could've been a little warmer.

I was there for a wedding reception. so stayed at the same hotel.

the passages out side the rooms had a stale food odour!

Liked Amenities of KAMA, Staff Service, Variety of menu at buffet, also facility of game space.

Clearness was not enough for bath area and window..

We checked into The Den on 31st and checked out on 1st Jan. Here is a detailed review of our experience1. Rooms and property: this is something that I cannot really complaint about. Excellent rooms with a great city view. Rooms are very clean with all facilities. My favourite was the open bathroom they have in the room.

1. Check in: Worst check in experience! We waited for an hour in the lobby to do the check in! It feels like they almost deliberately do it to buy in more time for check in. The most nonsensical rule is if you give aadhar copy they ll verify the QR code and if you are carrying an old copy of aadhar it wont be accepted. Then they will force you to download the maadhar which itself is a pain in the neck. After making you do all this eventually they still accepted the old aadhar when it started to take too much time, which means it was really not mandatory to check that!! If these are Mandatory rules by the government they should clearly mention to us in advance which they didn't.2. Service: Room service was not at all up to the mark. For everything we needed we had to call minimum twice. On the day of check out they will not even cater to your basic needs like water. Even OYO rooms give better facilities.3. Check out: Again a very long waiting time, this time more than check in time! They will ask you to sit and wait and they'll never call you and people coming after you will just go ahead of you if you don't make noise. Complete chaos and mismanagement, it felt like you are in a govt hospital!! If they have a new year rush they should be able to have more staff to cater to the rush else not accept so many bookings.4. Layla hotel: it appeared as if they did not want us to spend a single moment without ordering anything. They will keep asking you incessantly to order. Other than the view this place offers which is definitely really good but the food is not great ! Cocktails are great though. They have a very limited menu. The manager at layla also did not appear very hospitable and would impose his preference for payments and seating areas. While we were denied our preferred seating area with the reason that it was booked for a band, foreigners were allowed to sit. That's how Indians are treated by Indians here!

Excellent stay with amazing amenities. The location of the property is very good. Food options are very good with wide variety of options to choose from during breakfast and dinner buffet.One can also order good from outside of required.The rooms are very spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was gud

Would never ever recommend to anyone in my life. A complete waste of time and money. Most irresponsible management you could ever come across your whole life in any form. Had lots of complaints and requests, nothing was solved nor listened. I have videos of all the problem, still in dilemma whether to file a formal lawsuit in the form of notice. Sorry for wasting others time, overall don’t ever give up your money and mind for this luxury looking waste place. 1. Management response 2. Front desk 3. Service over call / Reception 4. Valet parking 5. No hot water at alllllll6. No water flow pressure at all, you might get literally a bit of water drops. 7. Though you complain, no one comes to sort or even no body comes to sort it out by apologising.8. Food though horrible and they asked me not to even move my chair around the table to sit next to my partner. Really ? That’s how you guys treat the favours from the guest. 9. To get a water bottle, 4 hours

The service, food and the location was amazing ! The fish and omlette were really good !

The corner room that I received didn't have health faucet/handheld spray jet which is usually available next to the commodes. This is a serious and very important facility which even 2 or 3 star hotels also have. When checked with reception they say that this facility is not available for lower priced rooms. So be careful on which room that you select for stay coz based on that you will get that hand shower in the toilet. This needs to be improved in order to match 5 star standards !
