Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Whitefield Itpl By IHG

Lovely room. Small and cozy. Breakfast was good. Happy stay

Breakfast is cold and same everyday.

considering cost rooms are too short

Location

No drinking water provided. When I asked for water they gave a refilled biselery bottle ?

Not at all happy. Forced to stay as we don't have option

Room is very small. No cup boards. Not sure where to keep luggage and clothes. Breakfast same menu for 5 daysNo change

Location was fine

The rooms are too small. Not clean enough for the standard expected of a Holyday inn hotel

Staff were polite and property was clean

Rooms are too small and breakfast buffet is pathetic.

The breakfast and the staff were nice the bed were comfy but small

The room size was so so so small I have never seen this small rooms for this price. The rooms are so small that u can't even stand properly in a bathroom nd take shower the doors are transperant type....no closed with silicon rubber the room stinks by the smell of washroom after use no proper exhaust system. No place/cupboard to keep ur language .Dose not recommended.

location and affordability

tiny rooms, average food, but expensive food and accesories for the price point

Not recommended !! Can choose other better options !!

The property is quite accessible !! But the bathrooms are so not clean !! They don’t give you a heads up that they use recycled water in the lavatory and for one who is not informed they are in for a quite a brown surprise !! The towels given to use after a shower are quite damp and not properly dried off before being placed in the rooms for use!! The food was quite good and value for money !! Rest the check In and check out was quite smooth!!

Location

BreakfastSink in room was clogged

Nothing special

The rooms are tooo small. No space to move. No space to comfortably sit. No wardrobe. No space in wash room to keep the cloth. Washroom and toilet separated. Wasbasin out the Washroom and located near to Bed. In nutshell its embarassing.

I have used this hote earlier l in Hyderabad. So I preferred again in Bangalore also. During Ramadan, for fasting the restaurant has provided food in the morning at 4'am for Sahar. This is a nice gesture and promotes communal harmony, which is very essential these days in our country.I recommend others also to use this facility.

There wasn't many options available in comparison with other hotels of same start rating

Room lighting wasn't sufficient and could have been little more spacious too

This hotel offers good value for the price. It's important to note that it's designed for short business stays, resulting in smaller rooms and limited storage (no cupboards). However, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the staff were friendly and professional. Self-laundry and ironing facilities were also available

Designed for short-term solo stays, room size is limited.

Location

Small rooms..worst restaurant..Horrible staffNo AC at night

Breakfast spread was quite good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend

Good breakfast, location and facilities

Room could have been bigger or had wardrobe or cupboard

Third rate hotel

Everything was extremely bad. The hotel charged me exorbitantly. Room was very small, very uncomfortable. I feel sorry that I used bookings.com.

Frequent motor sound from vent. Unable to sleep during the night. Maintenance staff unable to fix the problem.

Food - Excellent

Rooms are too small / clumsy.Basic wardrobe to keep lugguage was not available in the roomRestroom, wash basin and bathroom was separate which was not expected.
