Cleanliness, professionalism of staff, always helpful

Staff are not allowed to hail or arrange a taxi to the airport for you. Need to book through the Travel Desk, which costs approximately 30 % more. Very dissappointing

The hotel was clean. Comfortable. The washroom amentites were good.

Wi fi was non exsistant. The television was just for decoration. The power point besides the bed wasn't working.

Locality to the city center

Hotel electronics. Cannot change the temperature, some of the sockets were broken, cannot change the Aircon temp

Location is very Good.

Checkin process is too long. I had informed for early checkin but I had to wait for 1.5 hour.

Nothing. It is certainly NOT a 4 star hotel !!! I thought it was a steal with INR 3618 for a night but i think it was a waste.

1) Shitpot was so dirty. All stains and dirt. Since the bathroom floor was black so i do not know if it were ever cleaned. Toilet papers are of low quality. 2) The toiletries are of low quality. 3) Towel, i did not use since it looked used. 4) Bed linen was used. I had to call the staff, request to change all the linen. Linens are all old with lints and yellowish. 5) there was no ironing board as mentioned while booking. Furnishings also looked unclean. 6) No way this hotel is a 4 star. I booked looking at the ratings, amenities but its not even a 3 star. Can you imagine they had no hair conditioner?? 7) Breakfast - Omelet was pathetic, so was the quality of cereal and the bread. The head lady chef was rude. Thankfully I had booked just for a night.

Nothing to like. It is not a 4 star hotel. It is only 1-star low profile hotel. Even employees wear unhygienic uniforms. Damaged, old dirty bedsheet and pillow were provided, because they don't have good one. Again this is not a 4 star hotel as they mentioned in booking.com

It is not a 4-star hotel. Very bad amenities and unhygienic restaurant. Bed sheets, towels and pillows were dirty. They brought another set of bedsheet and pillow, but that is also dirty. Their google reviews are fake.I request booking.com to rate this hotel after proper verification.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Housekeeping, especially Mr. Basha, ensured my room was kept clean, and the female receptionist (my apologies for forgetting her name!) was always welcoming and accommodating. The doormen were quick to assist with luggage and booking transport whenever I needed. I also appreciated that, as an English speaker, I had no trouble communicating with the staff.The food was lovely, and I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a great way to relax. The spa was also a highlight—I visited twice, and both experiences were wonderfully relaxing. The location was excellent, making it easy to walk or take an auto-rickshaw to various attractions

While my room was clean, I had issues with the electrics—the power would randomly turn on and off, and the AC controls were damaged with exposed wires, which was frustrating.The gym was a big disappointment as it was filled with kids' toys and furniture, making it completely unusable. Additionally, the hotel listed soundproof rooms, but unfortunately, this was not the case.I also experienced two significant issues. First, my keycard kept resetting, meaning I had to repeatedly go to reception to get it fixed. More concerning was that two men were able to access my room during my stay. As a female traveler, this was an unsettling experience. Thankfully, the situation was quickly addressed, but it was still a serious security concern.

NOTHING, the rude and unhelpful staff made the stay and follow up hell-like experience

VERY UNHELPFUL, RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL STAFF. Even though I completed my stay at the hotel, they maliciously marked us as "no-show" and canceled the booking. I tried multiple times to reach out to the support staff to correct but they did not take any action. These people are trying to cheat the booking.com system and the customer. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND FOR CORPORATE STAYS!

Nothing to complain

The location of the hotel is quite central and things are easy to reach from there. The luggage guy was very nice and helpful.

The rooms were worn down quite a bit, but clean. Breakfast food was ok. The service at the reception (especially the night shift) unfortunately was not very friendly, took a long time and several reminders to get an extra mattress and the complimentary water bottles to the room.

Rooms were not well decorated. Not like how it looked in the pics. It was very plain with just 2 pillows. I’ve never seen such a dull hotel room. Even upon request they just got one colored pillow and some bed sheets, even for that I had to ask 2-3 times.It was booked for 2 people, but only one brush was there, how can they be so careless?Only one soap, one brush, shower was not working properly, very bad condition. There were no towels kept also, we had to call and ask.Maintenance was very badddd.

Good central location, very good breakfast. Helpful staff, 24/7 reception.

Most of the staff was incompetent, they didn't know how the spa or pool works, couldn't process our passports correctly. The pool seems to be completely out of order, but nobody was able to give us any specific information about it. The room and furniture were somewhat dirty and the room was very humid, despite using the A/C. It took them two days (of us asking them) to provide us new toilet paper when we ran out. They didn't provide bedsheets for one of our beds, just a dirty blanket.

Very ordinary room in name of junior suit suits. Towels were dirty so as bed liners. Very orderly and poor overall service. Food quality was not as well.
