Hygiene, cleanliness, no hot water.

I bed was comfy and the place has wifi.

The place has common bathrooms, and they are the not clean. Clenlyness is very bad.

I appreciate the overall facilities provided—they are very nice and comfortable.

However, I would like to bring a few concerns to your attention:The bathroom and toilet were not cleaned properly.Hot water was not available until 8 AM.I am unsure if the bed covers were changed before my check-in.I hope these issues can be addressed to enhance the guest experience further. Thank you for your attention and support.

The ambience and facilities

The day i checked in i was so tired of travelling and they kept in the lobby for more than an hour after all that torture i was given a bed where i slept for 2hours which was the worst when i woke up my whole body was full of bumps and swelling and a tiny bed bug on my hand ? all my back, limbs and my neck was full of bites from that bed ? bug i was totally furious but then and their they provided me with medicines and lotions. They need a good housekeeping venture.

I liked the overall staff of the hotel. Especially mahesh bista and raju khanal from the locker room and mahesh Singh in the dorm. Also the reception staff were good.

Unclean bathroom, cafe products sold above mrp, shower room is too dirty. No quiet rooms.

The location is good, very easy accessible.

People make noise in the POD area which disturbs the sleep. The bathrooms are not clean.

I had booked the Executive pod which was decent. It is the cheapest option that was available and was good. The stay was comfortable but only had issues in the toilet and shower area. It was not clean.

The toilets were not clean. The shower room was not isolated rather a common one.

All good . Execpt Gym doesn't have enough equipment and toilet maintenance is not good and not clean

Everything was fine except for the mosquitoes.Free drinking water wasn't provided on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.

Sleeping pods are good.

Washrooms for pods are not cleaned and bathrooms are not well maintained. This 2 things are primary apart from just a sleeping pod hence need attention there.

I have been a regular long-term guest for more than a year. For me, the sauna/steam room, gym and workstation room are important amenities. The restaurant on he first floor is good, but after multiple price increases, I do not eat there every day anymore. The vegetarian restaurant at the ground floor has improved significantly and the prices are at par with "Udupi" type restaurants. The choice is not as large as the competition, but it's okay for 3-4 times weekly.

The lack of cleaning in the shower facilities is my major complaint - and also by many other guests. Often, warm water is not available, especially when occupancy is low.

Reception representative are too bad in response of customer, during checkin faced bad experience and no soaps and bathing kit, when I asked room service person, says no stocks

A unique sleeping experience unlike anywhere else in the world that I've stayed. Very comfortable beds.

Not worth the money paid. None of the reception staff I dealt initially with (either in the lobby or in the locker room) spoke or fully understood English. Fine in general in a non English speaking country, but when the business is titled in the English language, a moderatre level of English was expected. Another guest had to translate with one of the recption staff. When asked if all the resources are available and included in my stay, the male on check-in nodded and said "Yes, Yes". So it was very disappointing to find out that in reality there are a range of hidden costs when you stay at Essotto: You must pay to use the resources in the games roomYou must pay a fee and buy a branded outfit in order to use the pool, steam room or suana.The WiFi is limited and you must pay a fee to use it once this limited is reached.More than half of the showers could not be used due to missing shower heads. The gym has no A/C nor music and most of the equipment does not work such as no barbell for the bench press and missing dumbbells. There is also no quiet space to take a phone call from 10pm at night to 12pm in the afternoon as all the quiet areas are locked at night and not opened until midday. WiFi did not reach the lower half of the pod rooms where I stayed so TV did not work.

Bathroom and toilet cleanliness degrade the complete stay.. all other facilities are excellent.I could see many facilities mentioned in booking.com. in reality, I couldn't find all facilities.Tv was not connected wth internet.

I like the beds and cleanness .

I didn't like wash rooms . There is only cloth covered instead of doors and no proper cleanness over in washrooms. Apart from this over all good.

Pod and Bunker facility looks good for bachelor's stay.

Common toliet and shower can be maintained better. It spoils
