Well maintained, great staff and good service. Tasty food and ambience at restaurant. Ravi the barman at Best Brew was extremely hospitable

The 4 Points Sheraton is a lovely little hotel. Unpretentious, without any of the artificial trappings of a Spa or multiple restaurants......it evevates the basics to 5 star comfort. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are courteous and well trained and the food is excellent and reasonably priced. Overall a pleasurable stay and value for money.

4 points hotel was obviously a 2 star hotel , in a small old building that seemed nothing like a marriott hotel. It's shocking that this dusty , low luxury , bus stop lodge kind of a building is being used as a marriott hotel and paying 12000 per night here is absolute fraud and blatant misuse of marriotts name.

The 4 points building itself is a small, cheap dusty lodge building surrounded by unclean garbage filled sites . It's true worth is 4000 per night . Marriott name is being misused to earn 12000 per night from clients like us who trust the marriott brand.

The breakfast buffet is very good with so many enticing options to choose from and to enjoy. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with whatever is needed. I was with a group of friends and everyone was very content with their rooms. The hotel is on a very busy street but the rooms are quiet with no noisy street sounds infiltrating into them.

I like this hotel. The place is clean (well, perhaps the swimming pool could be a bit cleaner). I enjoyed the food, personal was very responsive, polite, and easy-reachable. Also we enjoyed a small but well-decorated bar.

The staff are courteous, hospitable, and accommodating , esp the reception desk staff.The rooms are clean and spacious.The location is accessible.

Would have been better if there were more options for non-indian food for the breakfast spread.

Brilliant location right in the heart of everything.Courteous and very efficient staff. Thoughtfully designed, authentically pleasing rooms and bathrooms. Excellent food. Prompt room service.

Beds are old and the mattresses are too soft leading to backache. AC is very old and does not cool efficiently. Quilt was too heavy and hot.Breakfast buffet was barely ok.

The breakfast was awesome. Served with many variety of cuisines and delicious. The staff and chef were very cordial and received excellent hospitality The location is very convenient for my business needs

None as far as my knowledge is concerned. The facility is maintained professionally and the entire team are dedicated to extend their hospitality to their guests The property is very well secured and one can feel safe here

Clean spaces and polite staff

Value for money. No amenities that can be found at other places at the same price range. Poor breakfast range. Food average. One arrogant manager unwilling to listen to the feedback.
