Only staff was good

Not at all clean. It mentioned breakfast but nothing was provided. Rooms were smells very bad.

Unclean, torn bedding, nightmare

Room

They took the entire money for all the 4 days stay on the very 1st day while checking in. Then did we discover there was no food facilities, so we had to order food from Zomato everyday. No shops or restaurants nearby, so even having a cup of tea/coffee was a matter of great concern and we had to ponder upon for long. Wifi password was provided for name sake, but for most of the time in a day, they used to switch it off. No room service was provided, no soap-shampoo-detergents were provided. So we had to manage with the same bedsheets and towels for all the 4 days. At the time of checking out, due to stains on used towels and bedsheets, they charged us extra money saying we could've asked for tissue papers instead of using the towel for wiping hands. Horrible experience so far in Bengaluru. Hotels play a crucial role in a journey, and this was definitely not a good one.

The network has no internet access.• Location-wise, neither Jio nor Airtel provide good telecom service.• Bathrooms are risky with broken sinks and slippery floors.• Expect no room service. • No provision of free / paid breakfast / lunch / dinner. Zomato is your only option for doorstep delivered meals.• Expect no room service.• They charge extra (min. ₹600) on anything they can, such as a tea stain on the bed-sheet (which their staff members had spilled while delivering tea after 4 consecutive calls).

The location was good & room was decent.

I was denied checkin saying online booking was full whereas rooms through offline booking was available. I had to pay higher amount than the one shown in app. I was given room no 305 and i was asked to make the payment to the personal number of receptionist. No entry was done in register and ID was also not collected. There was no soap in the room, fan was not working, intercom was neither working. Had to sleep with open window for air.

Overall one of the worst experience.

Firstly we paid in full in advance for 3x trips size rooms, but when we reached hotel they told us there are only 2 rooms available. This is ridiculous, how can they overbook!!!?We had to adjust ourselves in 2 rooms one of them was smaller than the sizes we opted for. There were several things wrong with smaller room.1) No phone to call the reception or staff, I had to physically go to reception every time I needed something.2) Toilet wasn't clean, you can see the photo I attached.3) Very dirty pillows, see the photo I attached.4) Unfinished ceiling.5) No towels for guests.Overall one of the worst experience. If you are booking here then call them and confirm, otherwise they will overbook!!

Shower not working and cockroaches are all over room. Tv not working its not worth for the pay worst rooms and service. Washrooms not neat.

Nothing to like

Nothing to like anything in this property, very very bad and worst experience. Bad smell in room and not find cleanliness situation anywhere. Unable to stay even 30 min in room and vacated. Not expected during booking time since having a good rating one. Sorry to say Hospitality is zero.

Dirty and third bed was only a mattress on the floor

one crew apologized to us onbehalf of ignoring manager that they could not provide booked room.

we were kicked out of the hotel at the midnight that they could not provide any room although we had a reservation. after the manager arrived and checked that we had booked at OYO's discount price, he ignored us waiting at the front desk. finally we found another hotel by ourselves. we will not use OYO system anymore spending the first night in India. it's too risky.

Like quiet environment but due to work in progress there were some noises

Cockroaches captured our room before enter.

Excellent hospitality and amazing place.specious room and clean bathroom. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Amazing stay overall.

Bad

Rooms were full of cockroches . Don't be fooled by the pictures . maintenance of the rooms are very poor. Bathrooms had leaks on the roof and false ceilings very damaged with molds .

The Hotel room was spacious, service was good, Staff was very friendly and polite. The cleanliness was outstanding. Overall a nice and comfortable stay.

Hotel location is very peaceful and having amazing view from room Mattresses were comfortable. Bathroom was clean.The staff was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful.
