Itsy Hotels HSR Comfort

The property is not for family, very badly maintained. I feel it is a black mark to treebo group of hotels. The washrooms were bad, only one light in the room which was hanging, stains all over the bed. It was not meant for family. I sincerely dont recommend this property.

Non sense property all together.

While booking had double thought how my stay will go!! But hotel team and treebo manager Rajesh supported alot on local related supports as I was stuck in industrial area & couldn't able to make my stay evening go out and have fun. But they helped with nearby spots & chat streets where I enjoyed the food. Morning south indian breakfast was nice and tasty. Worth for money.

Decent stay, nearby visiting spots were nice as we visited cine actor Rajkumar & Puneeth Rajkumar burial ground. Property is in walkable distance for the spot. Had good stay with nice south indian tasty breakfast.

Great service and amazing restaurant just beneath the hotel.

The room was a bit too small and the lighting in the room was too dim.

Poor room maintenance, AC remote was not functioning, body wash bottles were empty - Upon request both issues were fixed. Not easy to locate hotel - (No Itsy mentioned at the Hotel entrance board) - Advertise as 'Udupi Ruchi grand' instead of current name.

Bad Parking, Stinking smell, No ventilation

Staff is very friendly and helpful, had free breakfast.Veg Restaurant is in same building, parking facility available at basement.

Nice cozy room. Newly refurbished room, the bathroom was cleaned and the bed was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort of grand old-fashioned décor staff was very friendly and service was excellent.

The way they welcome was niceee , the stay was comfortable . The ambience was way too good . Thee service was way too nice and friendly Staff with proper hygiene Maintained.

Very bad behaviour from the person sitting at restaurant cash counter, poor room, no electricity at night, dirty bathroom, leaking pipes. dirty bedsheet. dnt go there

Bad service,extra bed provided full of bedbugs I can share the photos.

Guru's service was very good. He was out of the way helpful and really made our stay good.Comfortable beds.Food in the restaurant was good.. Tea was excellent

Elevator was non functional the whole time. We got a 4th floor room so it was difficult traversing with stairs.

Nothing much

No kettle. Drinking water was not provided to us. The bed was not cleaned at all. I could see the some body's eye lashes in the bed. Towels were also not cleaned properly. I saw hairs in that as well before using it

Nothing liked from this treebo hotel..

Worst experience in treebo. Rooms were not as expected. And breakfast was limited each person will get 1 breakfast from grand ruchi hotel. There was not enough of lights in the room. Window was broken.
