Location is good

Dirty rooms, dirty towels, leftover food which attracted cockroaches. Floor was dirty. No toolet paper. The premise is not maintained at all.

Staffs are very good and helpful. Excellent location.

Room space, facilities, AC, Restaurant services, hot water etc. are average rating.

The room and wash area was neat and clean.

The place looks too old and I could see hair in mattresses. Since it’s very close to the road the building has a slight shiver when any heavy vehicles pass by.

Thats not a hotel actually. They give locations to restaurant , gym and spa. Very bad and dirty room with flies and bad smell. Literally shit marks are there in toilet covers which i made them clean again after noticing. They made me pay for 2 nights before itself so i have no other options other than continue. I didnt get enough sleep as there was powercut continuosly which makes AC switchoff and have to manually ON. Also wall cracking sound from gym which is in 3rd floor and my room is in 2nd floor.

facilities mentioned at booking dot com were not provided when i enquired about it they mentioned you go and ask booking dot com that why did they mention all those featuresrooms were dirty, bedsheet were dirty and bathroom has leakage

They are offering and tell something and not fulfill their promises. Always try to demand extra money for everything. We booked a taxi to airport with them by giving advance. Next morning 6.15, when I called several times to the mob no. that they given me, the driver didn't picked up the phone. And we asked them to return the money, they refused first. But after some quarreling, we managed to get back our money. Then we booked Uber and reached airport.

size of the roomno basic amenities like dustbin,electric kettle were provided, I have to ask for it.rooms were not cleaned the room shown in picture is different, I was given 403. the room size is so small that I barely get any space to move. I hurt my leg on the edges of the bed.Even after saying that I was not given any extra water bottle, they charged me in the bill, for which I have to give an explanation and after tat they remove it from the bill.My point is why someone has to go through all this when you claim your hotel to be a boutique hotel.A sheer disappointment and will never revisit the property again.

Basic requirements like dental kit were not provided ,have to ask for and room was having cigar smell ans staff were not receiving calls immediately

Very small room, there was no cooperation by staff no room cleaning service... in this pandemic time there should be twice the cleaning of room not even once done in 3 days stay. Very bad experience

Approach to hotel definitely needs to be improved. Suggest separate entry exit route for gym users.

Cleanliness, early closure of the gym in the hotel.. we have thunderbolts on our heads when we need to relax after the tough day's work.

Cleanliness & upkeep of the room was very bad. Dirty linen, broken toilet seat, Stench in room due to smoking by earlier occupant (inspite of non-smoking sign in the room)

1. The whole place was dingy.2. The ac's dont work properly.less gass3. The floors were all stained - with God knows what4. The toilet hand shower leaks5. No fans in the rooms6. There is a gym in between the floors and all the thuds and grunts can be heard .starting as early as six and going on until 10.30 pm8. No parking in the hotel9. There is an odour permeating parts of the premises10. There is no complimentary breakfast especially if booked through booking.com
