Hotel O White Fort Near Lalbagh Botanical Garden

It was a very bad room with no amenities. They buyed Rs.102 extra from me. AC was not working in my room. Their was no neatness in that room with hairs of others also other waste was also their. It was a very bad experience for me. There after I will not book any rooms from this platform.

Please avoid this hotel.. Even after paying the full amount for the stay the property owner didn't provide rooms. He asked me additional amount to provide room.

Rooms were very dirty… denied to change the bed sheets also… used our own bed sheet to stay… toilets are not clean… after requesting them thrice it was cleaned. During rainy season the rood infront of the hotel filled with water…

Not even get the room. The receptionist told all the room are filled. I told I paid the advance. He didn't accept. If I want he will escalate to the Oyo.Atleast please provide the refund.Its shame from the part of Booking.com. Please don't associate with these type of hotel.

Made us fool by charging double than the rate showed on booking.com

hotel literally made us fool.. when I booked a hotel the rate showed was almost 560 including taxes that's y I selected the hotel but the hotel person charged us 800 rs stating that there is a bug in booking.com.. when he confirmed the booking he could have messaged us atleast that this is the original amount that you have to pay... we literally wasted our time and money on rikshaw to reach there and then he fooled us, we had no option as we had come so far we had to pay 800 rs. So not happy with this behavior.. I don't know who's at fault booking.com or that hotel guy.

The room was of 428 rupees but the staff took 900 hundred rupees from me.

No towel or toiletries were provided.I booked a room for 3 persons but the extra bed was not provided.I was charged more than the price mentioned on Booking.com We bad room facilitiesI asked for towel they provided dirtly looking towels, which i confronted them about, thier response was that the towels are hand washed hence it looks dirty.
