when we went threre for staying they saind there is no current and Airconditioner were not working and they will provide fan. this is very poor

ownership and communication

The location was excellent, being right next to my office. I also appreciated being able to use the window as a makeshift balcony for my yoga practice. The provision of unlimited water bottles was a nice touch, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was an extremely bad smell in all the shelves, making them unusable. The water flow in the bathroom was so weak that it was very difficult to take a shower, and nearly impossible to wash hair.

Liked the politeness of the staff, overall property gave kind of positive vibes.Food was good too, good portion and tasty too.

The only challenge was getting transportation to around! Many autos and cabs rejected my booking.

I had booked the hotel for the specified date we were checking in and informed the hotel staff that we would be checking in at 3am to which they acknowledged. On arriving at the hotel, I was told the booking should have been made for the next day and were therefore asked to book another day (which we didn't need).They should have just called us and told us to modify the booking to avoid the additional expense. Feels like we got scammed a bit.

Useless Hotel

staff asked me to cancel booking.com reservation and pay directly. They charged me tax which was informed to me.

Breakfast was sumptuous and adequate choice

AC was noisy. Water mixer for tap usage not shower seems to be clogged and defective.

The hotel is centrally located. Break fast that comes with the room is very good. Cleanliness is on the mark.

Yes the restuarant is good and we have some parking space.

Old hotel with sloppy reception and bearers. Its like a Govt hotel.

I throughly enjoyed my stay.... staff was good... overall a very good stay

We stayed on the 3rd floor and on the landing outside our foyer were many beds just stacked up.....not very pleasant actually.... Hotel extra beds should be stored elsewhere

While cleaning the room, hotel staff found my gold ring and informed about it's safe keeping.

During check in, the manager was not happy with an additional person, my daughter, included in the price and said extra person should be chargeable at hotel. Replied that while booking, I have already paid for the daughter. He was unhappy with the answer.Also, breakfast menu is repeated and doesn't include variety of the items. Items include Idli, dosa, omlette/bhurji, Pongal, puri and watermelon/melon. I had for two days and breakfast items were some combination of the above. I think one could give a miss if one is staying for more than a day.

The position of the hotel is good for having sightseeing. The room was confortable enough. The staff is kind

The hotel looks better on pictures than in real. Wi Fi not working properly. The room has a persistent stink of rot. In my room there was a control panel for the lights that was probably of the 70s and worked really bad. The hotel is on a highly frequented road, so there's noise at every hour due also to the local way of driving continuosly honking

Location and commfortable for everything. accesable for the office work with govt departments

Breakfast was ok , WiFi was not working in the Room for three days of my stay

Except for Wi-Fi problems all other were good
