Service was amazing and also the food. Everyone doing checking out for you at all times. The chef for breakfast and Emilia from room service went above and beyond.

Hotel is a nice hotel, was clean, secure, while had a great breakfast and supper buffet. Proximity to business offices and mall in area was great.Concurrently hotel was highest price out of all hotels while staying India, with no landmarks or attractions to drive the substantially higher cost. Quality, cleanliness was on the same level as many other hotels we stayed at.Clientele is predominantly corporate business associated with local offices.

My stay at Sheraton grand was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and seamless check-in process set the tone for a memorable experience. The dining experience was outstanding, with a variety of delectable options catering to different tastes. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, ensuring every need was met with efficiency and a smile. The amenities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch, providing the perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. Overall, my experience at Shangri-La was nothing short of perfect. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

The breakfast buffet spread and quality. The waitress n waitresses are top notch. I haven’t stayed at Oberoi Bengaluru but your staff are better.

There was some confusion at the front desk when we checked in. It could have been handled better. Also the room is for 1 person only! I brought my wife and had to pay additional.

Our office was next to the hotel, so I'm biased on location. However, the ease of office and a mall across the street were all we needed for our everyday needs. The rooms were excellent, and the staff was more than attentive. They quickly replaced my room due to a musty smell, making me feel like a valued customer at every step. The restaurants on the property gave us all the experiences we needed, from more traditional continental food to local delicacies in a safe environment. The facilities, such as the gym and the lounge, were excellent and helpful.

My original room smelled musky, but it was quickly solved, no questions asked. The lounge closed at 23:00 every day, which was a bit early in some cases. Some of my team members would welcome more "less spicy" options.

Nothing in particular. A small matter, but asked for newspapers to be delivered in the room but despite repeated requests, was not provided one. Thereafter, received it.

I loved the clean rooms, comfortable beds and well appointed bathroom.The staff were superbly trained and courteous, considerate and friendly. Great food too!!

Frankly, the only thing that I disliked was the sweetcorn chicken soup at In Azia. Otherwise the entire stay was a pure pleasure!!

Check-in time is little late at 3 pm.

The property was huge, with a very big pool and gym was equipped with steam and sauna.

The engagement facilities for elder guests were not there.

It was a few hours short stay but it was the the most pleasant

The service was one of the best I experienced from anywhere in the world. Special mention to Angel from Feast and Adiji from Concierge. Both superstars. Breakfast was excellent.

No coffee machine

Staff and service was awesome - always cheerful and ready to help with every need. I would recommend to book a room with business lounge access - great place to hang out and enjoy a peaceful breakfast and evening drink.

I would expect that everything would be polished, nice and clean, considering the price, but cleanness of bathroom and other surfaces was far from perfect. Would get better and cleaner room in Europe for a split of a price.

the service of the staff like KV in the coffee shop was excellent , he was very helpful, courteous and looked after our needs promptly , then there is Parth at the reception who made the check in process seam less

Location is in Whitefield which is a working hub. If you have work in this area, consider option to stay in Whitefield if not definitely not your cup of tea. The hotel, ambience, hospitality and service is excellent. Very polite & courteous staff.

The Food ! I cannot say anything more.....

It was brief but comfortable.

Need a way of taking and placing some clothes etc in the bathing room. Some pegs or shelf. Also lighting in the dressing area was too low.
