Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bengaluru Whitefield

Room ambience, food, unique architecture

Bathroom Shower water was intermittent.

Breakfast is good. Location is great.

Not as same as pictures. Bathroom gets messy just after one shower. The room was clean but not as clean as any hotel in Europe. Not recommended is you are coming from EU.

Location, room service, staff

Parking could be better

Location was somewhat decent, ok pricing

It’s a very old property, very much dingy, rooms having dingy dark interiors, poor bathroom conditionsEven though bookings clearly says two people, there was a single bath towel, no hand towel. No other amenities. One small AC working to cool down a huge space. Charged us a bomb for water bottles.Pretty pathetic.

This is the second time we booked this hotel, purely because of its location. However, the experience was better this time. The room was better than last time. Apart from initial hiccups to get our room serviced, we had a pleasant stay. We also tried the in-room dining this time around, and liked the food too. The manager during the morning shift accommodated to our requests.

We booked a double bedroom for two adults, but the supplies in the room (towel, water bottle, dental kit, etc.) was provided for only one adult. We had to call the reception 4 times to get things right.

Cleaning was good. Debashish and talajal kept the room nicely clean and mentioning Subroto Roy from admin team

The location of the hotel is good, as it is very accessible and near prominent points of interest such as the Nexus Shantiniketan Mall which is walkable from the hotel.I liked that the hotel is pet-friendly. The street outside the hotel is neither busy nor dirty, and is a good place to walk a dog.The hotel staff was friendly too.

The hotel has great ideas but lacked in execution. The art installations are nice, but the pathways and corridors and poorly planned and, at times, dangerous as it is too dark inside the hotel even during the day. The rooms are dark in spite of switching on all the lights. We booked multiple rooms and none of those matched with the photos on booking.com. We also had to get our bed sheets changed as soon as we checked in, as they had blood stains on it.The food was mediocre, and we had issues with getting our orders right. We decided to dine out instead, and get our food delivered when we could not dine out. There is just one lift, which was always held up on other floors, and the staircase is a hazard.

Location, spacious rooms, well lit

Water supply stopped one morning, room wasn't clean, not enough towels or napkins, bathroom was not well structured and water got everywhere

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. It was very comfortable. Food was safe, good and reasonably priced. Free breakfast was fresh and excellent .

NIL

Good location close to the mall

Lighting in the room was not matching throughout, some white lights some yellow lights. I found it hard to do work under such weak lighting. Toilet had a sewage smell sometimes. The interior of the room including the toilet is old and could do with proper upgrading. There was only a single seater sofa in the room and made it uncomfortable to rest as a couple. We could only lie in bed and not the sofa.

Big room

Fan is not working, its giving lot of noice, AC also not working propelry

Breakfast , Location

Uncomfortable Beds, Bad lightning, Bad water flow in Toilets, badly Lit toiletsAC not working efficiently

Room is very spacious and is good value for money.

The restaurant food is not good. Cleanliness is also poor. The bathroom fittings are not working properly and need replacement- the shower head, hand shower, faucet. Room serviced& cleanliness not upto the expectations

Rooms are spacious whereas the reception area is pathetic with full of mosquitoes and bad odours.

The place and staff is okay. Staff is helpful.

Breakfast is okay. Location is very bad. You need to pass by a road with full of dogs. I would not recommend to stay.

Very nice property compared to the price , excellent location, very good service and excellent food. Also, rooms are very large and comfortable

Floor looks dirty even after cleaning because of the floor material and colour

Just the location

Everything from their staff behaviour to cleanliness in the rooms to the food quality

Location was good. Very close to nexus mall. Clean and spacious rooms .

Nothing much

Location, breakfast

They forget to fill the shampoo and did not keep towels after cleaning the room

1)Ample parking2)Access to public transport is good.

1) Rooms can be much cleaner. Rooms have uncarpeted granite flooring. There is a large opportunity to keep them cleaner. There were footmarks when I first entered the room.2) Water pressure in health faucet and hand shower were inconsistent.3) Breakfast quality is sub par. South Indian dishes were all a total disaster. Parata was the only dish of acceptable quality. Even the coffee was bad.4) Dining areas and tables must be maintained cleaner.I chose to not engage with the hotel staff on any of these as my stay was super short ( checked in by 7 pm and checked out at 8:00 am )
