Royal Lotus View Resotel

Rooms are geneally clean for the price paid for stay.

Location is horrible. Constant dog barking at night. Advertised free breakfast was not there. Also shuttle service information is incorrect and they charge double the OLA car service charges. Overall, it is not a good experience.

Its proximity to the airport for that early start, is excellent. The food and service in the onsite restaurant was good too. Rooms were adequate for what we needed - sleep before a flight home. Good price too - good value option.

Cosy pool and club good

Gym not used bit dusty

I purchased my trip from bookin.com. I even showed payslip. Admin charged me again for my nights in there. He said i can get back money next day. But next day during check-out theres was another admin who tried to explain that people cant pay for nights through booking?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️. Im not sure that guest should explain how booking.com dors work. So i leaved that like this. All was good except double charge for night

The playground, pool, gym and bar. Especially loved the playground even as an adult, it's nice to go on the swing or play life size chess. Water given in the room.

The finishes in the room weren't the best, chips in the corners of doors. The shower door didn't slide properly. The water pressure in the shower was awful, very weak. The TV was a smart TV but we couldn't get a signal. The bar is in quite a hidden location, on the second floor next door to normal rooms. The staff weren't the most helpful and didn't feel like there was enough of them. It's near airport road but not on it took so some Ubers take a while. There was barely any toilet roll in my room.

I like how we were welcomed by By Mr Dipesh Chettri

Food was very tasty and comfortable stay

Close to airportCheck in staff was niceFood was good

There was no shampoo or hair dryer or body washCheck out staff was very weird and was always on callNo one helps with luggage

Good food

Furniture in the bar are not clean. Very bad smell in the bar. Unable to enjoy the food / spend more time.

Excellent stay, along with which we also enjoyed the games which didn't let us bore. Swimming pool was clean and maintained.Would suggest surely for group stay.

Nothing such do dislike, but we expected that we could have provided a garden side area for family party celebration.

cleanliness breakfast spread value for money

its little out of the way, cabs are not easily available, hotel doesn’t have their own cabs or any contact where they call cabs for you

Swimming pool and play activities

Staff attitude during breakfast

The Breakfast was very tasty & fresh.Service staff was very much courteous .

Bar closed by 10.45 PM . Need to be available till 12 midnight.

Staff was really courteous and especially Uttam who was in restaurant. Last time we had loved the Malpua and Rabri so this time even though it was not there, he somehow ensured that by dinner time he was able to serve us that.

Kids play area has few hen and like last time one of the hens tried attacking our kids. They should be kept locked when kids are playing.

Cost and space

Good and healthy food options, distance / proximity from center

Nothing much except the big open lawns

Basic infrastructure, rooms are very basic

Room conditions need to be improved.

kid sports facilities are vast however they need to be upgraded as they have become old .

Food was good

There were other guests who continously troubled during the stay. They made a lot of noise as a group till 2am. Were banging and ringing the bell multiple times of the room and disturbing till 2.30 am and early morning 6am too. The hotel needs to maintain privacy of the other guests even if there is a big group staying to avoid hassels.

The staff were very good and helpful. Even my request at midnight was attended without delay. Room services were very prompt.

Room space and cleanliness was good but few switches in bathroom was broken condition and break fast was good

Bathroom pipe was leaking and switch board was broken

I miss the breakfast but I did ask they don’t have it one of your staff

I pay extra for my room because I offered the king bed I shouldn’t be paying more for that
