Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy One

The service from the airport pick up to check in, welcome host, room freshening, dining to concierge, check out and drop off was excellent! Although it is not in the city center, the location provides some respite from the chaos of traffic.

No notes here.

My daughter has severe nut allergies, the staff in the kitchen led by Chef Soham took excellent care of us, and her allergy considerations. Mr Kiran at the concierge desk and his staff were superb in helping us with things outside the hotel, for which we cannot be more grateful. Best stay in India ever.

The property is outstanding, very clean, the bed is the most comfortable we have ever slept! A special mention to the staff that overcome themselves to offer you the best hospitality! Thank you!

Variety of restaurants should be enriched.

Clean, organized, service super, staff super nice and harmful. Unfortunately we had a food intoxication and went to hospital for 2 days. The cuisine chef has prepared special food for us. Many thanks!

I found yellow urine strains on the toilet when I checked in the room, the AC was humid and hot. The room was not cleaned neither ready for a guest. The duty manager changed the room but refused to compensate or upgrade. The next day the managers apologized and offered multiple compensations but it was too late.

Very beautiful hotel. Big et beautiful room. The restaurants was very good. The entrance was very beautiful with a lot of flowers.

the spa: the therapist talked too much, preventing me from relaxing and did not read the document where I had noted that my back hurt, and did not pay attention to this, I had to tell her to stop because she was hurting my back.No staff at the swimming during 2 hours the morning.

We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons! Traveling with a pet can be tricky, but they truly go above and beyond to make both guests and their furry companions feel welcome. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely pet-friendly.

Honestly, nothing comes to mind—we had a great experience all around. May be a pet activity corner :D

I had an amazing stay in Four Seasons, I’ve received an Upgrade for the room which was really nice and free breakfast and fruits at arrival. I will be back for sure to this beautiful Hotel . Swimming pool looks and is very amazing . Also the bar 21 floor is very nice . I definitely recommend staying in this facility. Thank you for everyone

We loved everythingThe staff went above and beyond in every aspect to make our stay comfortable. Right from planning where to go for food , shopping etc. Namely Mr Alan, Chandrika. Poornima were very informative on shopping and inquiring to our needs. The rest if the team, Rohith, Kiran and Pulkit were very helpful too. There is absolutely no flaws in this Hotel Four Season. Breakfast was perfect.Food was plentiful and changed variety daily on our 3 nights there. Excellent , excellent and most excellent stay at Four SeasonsThe rooms are impeccable The facilities are good and the cleanliness is top notch.

Gym could use few more equipments

The room was very cleaned and organized

A check-in staff was not kind and talked too fast. Even I was felt he didn't consider at all that i am a not Indian. So basically I didn't get full information(or details) regarding accommodation.Regarding the breakfast, the table was not comfy and even hectic. The staff gave us the table which was right next to the door which was gate for outside. So many guests and the restaurant staff used that door thus we never felt satisfied the food under that buzzy situation. Even almost table was empty. Felt kinda racism.... cause she gave calm tables to another Indian family and western customers. In conclusion I have no plan to visit again to this hotel in the future.

Very friendly staff, luxurious rooms, plenty of space, regular turnover of sheets. Good wifi.

Shower did not drain properly for such a luxurious hotel this is not ok. Beds too soft but this is a personal opinion.

Everything has exceeded my expectations, I had the pleasure staying at Four Seasons hotel Bengaluru, from the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional service that set the tone for my entire stay.They helped me since I made the booking with my special request to arrange for new year celebration, special thanks to Mr. Gautam Shankar (Assistant Manager Public Relations and Marketing), thanks to Ms. Jacintha from the Lounge and thanks to Mr. Dhanu Shree from the reception and all staff as they were always ready to assist with any request.The room was spacious, elegantly decorated and clean. The pool view is very beautiful, breakfast so delicious and diverse. The afternoon tea/coffee was amazing. The welcome sweet was really special.I stayed for new year celebration it was amazing and we saw the fireworks in the sky from the hotel it was really special.

This hotel exceeds my expectations and by far one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The whole team was doing above and beyond to make my stay even better at any moment, I’ll mention Sarah from the reception that should teach others in how to make a guest feel special. The facility is beautiful and quite new, the room was huge and the gym is big enough and equipped to do more than the basics.Food, especially breakfast was above the regular 5 stars hotel. Just perfect.

The staff is extremely helpful and flexible, very attentive service. They cater for all food intolerances and diet restrictions, the meals are super tasty and authentic, and the room is super comfortable, with a great view to the city. The beds are heavenly comfy, and the whole experience felt like being in a luxury villa.

There could have been a bit more ppl working at the pool bar, and the service was slightly slow - but still fully tolerable. Also at breakfast there were quite limited spaces to sit inside, and outside was very windy.

It was clean. Staff was nice.

It’s not up to four seasons standards. Food was ok. It didn’t have the atmosphere, when I went to roof top bar it they didn’t even bother to give us napkins. They gave us tissue box until I asked for napkins. Not sure it was a cost cutting measures.

Fantastic experience from check in to check out. Very attentive staff. Lovely restaurants and spa. The hotel car service was exceptional.
