Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse By IHG

Excellent food

location is crooked have to take a UTurn all the time, the entry is confusing (Two entries)

The room the view and the breakfast spread

Bangalore view

Nothing Only one suggestion my side tub is not available in the room

Overall enjoyed the stay, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.

Staff at the restaurant which served dinner were not properly trained, hence we didn`t enjoy the dinner.

Great location, fantastic staff. I have to subgleout Siya. She is an exceptional employee who care about her job and the satisfaction of her customs about her job and her customers' satisfaction

It was clean and comfortable

It was pricey for 4 stars hotel

Location was good.

The rooms were too small for the class of hotel, the carpet in both rooms I had were stained and needed a serious makeover.

Hygiene was good. Breakfast Was good

Room Size.

Comfortable, very clean, beyond wonderful staff, great food!

A bit of street noise, room 1103

Location is good (but traffic is... let's forget about the traffic haha). Food is nice. Room is clean but small (comparing with the other Holiday Inns I used to stay at). Staff is nice, friendly and professional. Overall experience is pleasant and satisfying. Nothing negative to say (other than traffic, you have to reserve much more time).

Traffic

Layout and design of the room is great! Very clean and cozy. Good flow and easy to relax in. Surfaces for work, eat and leisure activities. An early morning swim in the hotel pool was wonderful!Breakfast was amazing and staff are super friendly and helpful.Porters and reception very efficient and friendly.Very pleasant and restful stay. Highly recommended.

Nothing. However, there was one bathroom fitting that was a bit loose. At breakfast a manager asked me how may stay was and if the hotel could improve on anything. I brought the loose bathroom fitting to her attention. She made a note and reported it to her manager.

The breakfast and the dinner buffet were sumptuous. The options were plenty and the staff were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend outsiders to enjoy the breakfast and dinner spread at their restaurant

The room could have a bit more spacious considering there is a balcony/corridor outside which is not accessible by the guests. That could be part of the room

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean, and the food was fresh and delicious every day. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. What impressed me the most was the security truly top-notch. The security team outside the hotel was extremely professional. They ensured that no one entered without proper check-in, even verifying Uber drivers before allowing access. This made me feel very safe and secure throughout my stay.Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely return!

Excellent breakfast

Reservation process made it simple , sometimes got confirmation , reach reception say need waiting time to get room. After long travel very tired but your support is not comfortable. Please make it clear. Thanks.

The location is great, breakfast buffet was good, the staff at the buffet service , concierge, securities all were amazing.

Reception staff attitude can be better. Only thing to mention is the size of the room it is too tiny and my baby hit the window and got a small injury. Building seems a bit old too.

Very good location and view

Rooms and beds were small size

Location, dinner buffet

Bed size

In room dining, service, staff

Location was centrally placed in Bangalore. Staff were very nice and breakfast was great on both the days.

1) Location is good but during the late evening, there are numerous long distant buses parked near the hotel on both the sides of the road which leads to lot of traffic to reach the hotel.2) Carpet in the room were not very clean

Very clean rooms, very hospitable staff, great location in the heart of the city
