Where is my money, I didn’t get the money back . Booking.com, please return my money back otherwise I will go to consumer court . Hotel property charged me .

Location - Good. Breakfast - Quality of food was good. Restaurant food for dinner - excellent and value for money. WiFi - good and consistent speed

Bathroom cleanliness. Could have been better.

Good, clean rooms and breakfast and excellent location. Every imaginable restaurant at walking distance. The breakfast is also really good.

Bathrooms are good but should have been cleaner. Room was a bit small.

Overall, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is nice. The waiters and chef were extremely attentive and service was great. I just wish there was more diversity in food for breakfast. I like how they give for free two water bottles per day. The location of this hotel was great too. Lots of great shopping and easy to get to major attractions. The staff also helped us promptly get taxi service whenever we needed it.

The bedsheets and towels were dirty, despite me asking for new ones. This was the major let down. I think it's time for the hotel to invest in new towels/bedsheets if the stains cannot be washed out.

The breakfast was good. The hotel is located in a good busy area but in a quite zone.

The room upkeep was not good. The room carpet was stinking of moisture.

breakfast was fresh..with lot of options..the staff at the breakfast area were pleasant and ready to assist. Rooms were clean, location was very near Ramaiah hospital, safe for women travellers. lots of restaurants and shops around.

The room size was a tad small, but it served the purpose.

Room were clean but too small as described in the website. Facilities were not according to the room tarrif. Only 500 ml water bottle was provided for the whole day. For extra drinking water we had paid. Even they changed for extra extra water bottle which we didn't ordered.

Nothing to be honest.

Rude staffs, non working bathroom doors, poor room service, very bad location and NO parking availability.The stay wasn’t cozy at all, mosquito filled, non working bathroom lights , glasses were not present to make coffee, sliding doors were malfunctioned, most of all very rude staff who almost abused over the phone

De Mandarin is a hidden gem that I'm glad I discovered. It's location very close to 80ft road in Sanjaynagar made it easy to walk down to most places. Additionally, the entire property was clean & very well maintained. While the building & passages are somewhat narrow, the rooms themselves are quite comfortable for 2 adults!Our room was comfortable & the table in the corner was helpful for taking work calls. Being on the 4th floor, there was a lot of sunlight too!The staff cleaned up the room daily & made sure it felt as good as new every day. Overall, a lovely property with great helpful staff! Will absolutely consider staying here again!

It’s location is excellent for work related to the college. Also rooms were very comfortable.

The ventilation of the toilets is a little inadequate.

The room size is very small. Hardly possible to move around.

Unhygeinic. alot of dust. washroom without an exhaust fan, stains on the bed. It felt unhygeinic and dirty

Cleanliness and hygiene

The Chef was a bit RudeAs my breakfast was included in the price I was having a meal as per my appetite.The chef asks me not to take a extra glass of Juice as we have less quantity.This was unacceptable and the chef tried to insult me in front of the other guests who were having breakfast.Kindly look up into the matter

Excellent Breakfast. Enjoyed the South Indian fare and the highlight Edwin, the Restaurant Manager and his staff - professional, friendly and attentive.

Small Room / Congested. Central Location but not a great one

The room was neat and clean. Nothing to find flaw in their hospitality and service.

The parking; there's no dedicated parking. The listing shows that it has parking , but it does not have any parking available for cars. You will be guided to park in the adjacent streets, in my opinion the neighborhood isn't that safe to. I had kind of sleepless night when i parked my car ?

From the moment I arrived Mr. Aldrin and his team went above and beyond, surpassing all my expectations to make my stay a thoroughly enjoyable experience. My room was extremely clean and comfortable with a balcony. The room was well equipped with A/C, a TV, hairdryer, safe and tea and coffee facilities.I had breakfast and dinner at the rooftop restaurant where I enjoyed a continental breakfast each morning teamed with beautifully lightly spiced chai and freshly made juice. In the evening I had an Ayurvedic meal. The chefs and kitchen team are highly knowledgeable in their field and are exceptional in the kitchen. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of me.With its attentive and courteous staff including the reception team, housekeeping, maintenance, waiters, chefs and kitchen team, back office and management - the De Mandarin hotel has rapidly become my number one choice for accommodation whenever I travel to the area, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!Furthermore, the hotel’s prime location to Ramaiah Hospital made visiting the hospital extremely easy on foot. Less than a 10-minute walk.

Hotel is in a central location in the city . It’s very close to all the nice restaurants and shopping spots . Ideal for people attending courses/ workshops in the nearby ramaiah college/hospital Also staff are friendly and welcoming .

1- I stayed for 3 days . Didn’t have hot water for 2 days . 2- only 1 bar of soap provided for the sink area , no soap for the shower 3- room charge included breakfast however non was provided . Upon request I was informed that I have to call in advance to request it … seems silly as I had already included it in the room rate 4- Internet is provided via vouchers which have to be entered individually for every device and are only valid for 24 hours .

Its good small property with small reception desk.
