Water heaters in room 104 is not working as on sep 23 2025Corridors to be cleaned frequently

Staffs are good, comfortable room, affordable 3 star room.

About toilet has to improve quality and pillows need to be change new pillow often, Last year also some other hotel same I bought new pillow for us, and this year also I bought new pillow for wife..

Vey bad , not maintained well, bed head rest broken in one room, electric shock from the water ( in rest room)

No geaser is working, more money they catch for maintenance....Hotel management should rectify the thinks , guest are so upset it's not ok for me

We reached night near one clock I tried to call but they didn’t take after again I tried finally he answered.after the staff is very badly behaved with as.the night manager staff he don’t want to show room.he is not respectful

this is one of the worst hotel i stayed in my 15 years professional experience, i'm writing down some basic amentias which is not provided by hotel1. No break fast provided by hotel infact No kitchen in hotel itself, when i ask for food staff replied that order from outside or place order through online application (Swiggy, zomato..)2.Drinking Water not provided , i need to purchase water bottle from them with extra amount 3.No hot water coming in bath room, after multiple follow-ups service staff came looked into the issue, after 30min waste of time he told there is problem in hot water , he brought water heating coil which is not safety4.Maintenance is very poor, through out the day floor is slippery its not dried don't understand what type of maintenance 5.No TV in room 6.AC not able to control , either need to switch of AC unit or turn on with prefixed settings.7.Bathroom is not clean, not hygienic, Exhaust fan not working. 8. Only one light in whole room, there is no bed light or any other light.

Staff was corperative,room was nice and comfortable, location of hotel is good,easy to trace the location, service is very good, facilities of the hotel is good,hotel was in main location.food was nice and tasty food available

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service.
