Room is not cleaned property Bedsheets and towels are getting smell

This was a very delightful experience.the check in process was very smooth,the reception staff were very friendly ,the room was spacious,impeccably clean,all the standerd amenities were provided to enhance the overall experience, i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and dellightful stay in bangalore

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The hotel was not up to standard, with an untidy ,lift that didn’t work ,we were suppose to get upper floor due to lift didn’t work they accommodate us near reception area room,the food was subpar and far from what I expected, and the staff seemed uncooperative, which only made matters worse. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made across the board."

Breakfast was bad and most important, the bed linen and the towels etc were horrible.

Location

The property is Dirty, cockroaches infested and dump.The bedsheets are old and don’t smell clean at all!.The breakfast is one of the worst I have had in a long time!.

The amenities were well provided and the staff are well mannered budget friendly and the location is great for person coming for treatment at Manipal hospital with that it has lift and unlimited breakfast that gives some more extra advantage.

Staffs are good

Facility is bit older. Bed linens not nice. Found cokroaches in toilets and rooms.Photos on the website is when the building was new.

Receptionist quickly agreed for late checkout probably because the hotel was so empty.

Rooms smelled damp and bad. Corridors were the worst. Tap and bidet leaking and so had to be shut off from the valve. Dead mosquitoes lying on the bed as I entered. Nothing like the pictures shown here.
