FabHotel RMS Comforts - Nr. Yeshwantpur Railway Station

Firstly, the hotel booking was shifted to another property, which was not up to the expected standards. The alternate hotel was of poor quality and located very far from my original location.Despite paying as per your requirements, the experience did not meet the promised service level. This caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction.

Polite and Professional service, clean and spacious rooms, calm and peaceful ambience. Felt like second home.

Location, staff & price we got the room were value for money

Not a safe hotel to stay if you are a girl travelling alone. Someone knocked door at night and hotel staff acted as if they didn't know

Amazing experience at the property. The hospitality was 10 on 10. The operation manager took special care of our dinner & from the front desk further enhanced our experience with a smooth check in & check out process.

Nothing staff were rule, they charged double since we made the booking through booking.com they started blaming me that I have made a mistake of booking 1 person in a room and did not help in rectifying

Manager was rude, 3 people cannot go in the lift, rooms are small and the fans are very old, we had to switch of fan because it was making noice and was shaking a lot. AC was not cooling

Food and stay alongwith staff were very good.
