I like their rooms and that location

Iam and my family reached there morning 5.0 clock but they didnt open the door. They are sleeping in the floor and i told them to open but they told me there is no room here. Amd after 5 minute i shout them and they open the door and ask me etc money. Total i paid 1600₹ for morning 5. 00 am to 8..00 am.. If they didnt open the door what we will do with my mother and sister thats why i pais etc money they asked. And get double person room. Iam bood 3 persons room. What is this. I didnt suggest any kerala persons for booking this type of app and this types of hotels.. Oyo and booking. Com these are cheating the people..

Did not honor booking.com price, asked me almost double and said you don't get room for this price, It was late night so recepton person thought he can make use of situation to take extra money, Cheating,

The hotel manager declined my booking in the hotel and asked me to book offline and asked to pay extra. And he was so rude..He declined to talk to the help line. So bad experience and unprofessional

The hotel refused to give rooms as they said dont honour any booking from any portal and after showing receipt of payment made and lots of arguments they relented as wee were all sr citizen gave us one room instead of two as it was already 11pm we had no choice but to accept it and this is a second time its happenning with me and in bengalore pathetic service of yr portal and i am raising this issue with consumer forum too for deficiency of service and refusal of rooms

Took extra payment, not accepting the online booking if your Going through online become beware of the fraud.

I make booking of 3 Beds for 3 adults and paid whole amount in booking.com but once I arrived the hotel they show me room it was only 2 Beds so ask them for extra bed which I was paid early again they ask me extra amount 500 for beds and in that I just with that room. Wifi was not working, tap is broken , place was not cleaned etc . TOTALLY I M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE HOTEL

It's a worst I have paid through online Oyo but when we reached they rejected us to provide the room and they again took money from us while we have already paid through online

It's worst hygeine cockroaches and lizards are roaming in the rooms on the bed as well

Very much impressed by the hotel staff ,they were truly helpful. Our room was very clean with a good size washroom.

They are doing fraud if we booked through app they will not accept Manju is a manager there he is a big fraud person was asking me to give 2k don’t trust this hotel please be aware

Really pleased with my stay at the ABHIMAANI COMFORTS as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Bangalore as it is just round the corner from the station and the hop on/off on busses. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Overall good experience
