I had a truly wonderful experience.The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall ambiance were top-notch. Sarovar is well located with easy accessibility to uber etc. and walking distance from many companies. The common areas, rooms are all super clean. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet is in a room with a beautiful view and there is a decent variety of choice and it feels homecooked and comforting. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay.

Extremely clean property, well behaved and courteous front office, housekeeping and cafeteria staff. In the front office Indrajit and Asib very very helpful. The staff at breakfast was great .

I was initially apprehensive when I saw the images on Google, but when I landed there, to my pleasant surprise the hotel was very well maintained, very friendly and helpful staff , good food options. Shubhashish the FOM and Indrajeet was exceptionally great.

Very poor service, lack of connection with customer. Feels like you are entering a hostel

I booked at a higher price compared to the regular price offered at the counter. I paid 6500 + tax whereas at the counter they were offering 5400 + taxes. I felt cheated as i believed Booking.com always offered best pricing. But now on I will check at the counter first before blocking through Booking.com

They didnt gave the heed to my request of if not adjusting to the counter pricing give me some additional services like breakfast or dinner as a complientary against the increased price I paid

Good Location.Stayed in Premium Balcony room - Balcony face road side....not much to look at.All in room facilities were good and in working order.Very spacious bathroom.....much bigger than usual.

I asked the reception executive to Guide me to a nearby Pure Vegetarian restaurant and he said there was none nearby and that I should order from room service. This was a lie as there is a very good Pure Vegetarian restaurant named Shree Vishnu Palace just 2 minutes away across the main road.He should have shared the factual information and not misguided me.

Good location as it's at walking distance to bagmane tech park. Good spacious rooms.

Only little disappointed because of food quality. Need really lot of improvement. Rest everything is good

Location was really good and staff were friendly.

Overall, we had no major dislikes. However, our daughter is only 1.5 years old, and we usually request lukewarm milk for her from hotels, which they typically provide free of charge. This was the first hotel that charged us for it, but we understand that each hotel has its own policies. Also, room was a bit smaller than what we assumed.

Poor service and high price

Staff is so arrogant, when I asked for an hour of extension for check out. And the receptionist said No and said if you need to stay for an hours, you need to pay a full days rent. Satff is arrogant, room is shabby and they charge too much and does not even provide a news paper.

Air conditioning system

Suprb hotel, room was very clean and hotel staffs were very nice and supportive. One of the best hotel of Bangalore.

WiFi was horrendous for a 4 star hotel, my phone was faster than this. Especially for a business stay, I couldn't even take phone calls or conference calls due to very low bandwidth

Location was near to BCBP , so i opted for this. Rates were reasonable. Great staffs and helpers. But there were metro work going on near by and you will hear too much noice during night time (not all nights) that may disturb your sleep. Not the fault of RBD. Morning breakfast was good with nice varieties. Evening dinner was great and they made what i asked for.
