Very polite and courteous hotel staff. Good food & service. Clean rooms. The quality of toiletries are decent too.

The rooms are not noise insulated and some amount of road noise and the music seeps in.Also, the valet staff along with one security guard is far from polite. They command with their hands and gestures aggressively and very rude dealings with hotel guests. Have had it happen more than once to us. Completely uncalled for and they seriously need some soft skill training, else the hotel’s ratings could get impacted.

Reception & Restaurant staff were good and helpful

Loud furniture movement Noise in the room in morning from upstairs, it was really disturbing, at time of check out I did complain to the reception staff who tried to get the duty manager involved but he did not care about the complaint not even talk to me about my issue, the manager just ignored me and the reception staff like he didnt care at all !!!

Poor Staff. Poor facilities. Outside the City. Waste of money.

I was here for 4 nights and the Wifi did not work even once. I kept complaining and the staff was as useless as the hotel Wifi. Never ever recommending anyone to book here.

The room was extremely comfortable, the staff were absolutely amazing in making sure our needs were met, there were great options for meals and the location was great.

It was a comfortable hotel, clean and hygienic. Breakfast was good too.

The staff at the reception tried to charge us extra for lunch which we never had at the hotel and did not believe us when we mentioned we did not have lunch at the hotel. though at the end of it he mentioned there may be some confusion since we refused to pay as we did not have lunch in the hotel since we were out the whole day. This should have been checked and verified in advance instead of charging the guests without verifying and not trusting. The check in process was also extremely slow, even though we were the only guests to check in at the time we came, it took us at least 15 mins just to check in.

Passable

We needed hot water to shower when we arrived. We had to request for the same.There were not enough waiters attending to the guests at breakfast.

Room was spacious enough. It was clean. Breakfast was really good

I think the staff were a bit pulled. Checkin took a while, also our luggage didn't come to the room even after 15mins. Had to go down and grab it self after 15 mins.

Lights didn't work. Shower didn't work. Was fixed easily though

Staff, service was bad. They did not give us extra beds inspite of paying for it and asking for it 10times. They also accidentally made us pay twice for the rooms before and after checkout.

Uncooperative

I had booked this hotel from November 27th 2024 to November 30th. But later my plans changed and I wanted to Checkout on 29th November itself. I tried modifying the booking through Bookings.com two weeks before but the changes could not be made through the app. So, I called the hotel and told them that I want to chsythe checkout date. They said no problem, you can do it when you check in. But when I checked in on 27th November they demanded full amount and daid they can't make the changes as I did with Bookings.com.I had booked two rooms and I lost 10 k. I have used Bookings.com so many times but I have lost my trust now as you did not respond and I had to bear the loss of ₹10,000.I request you to contact the hotel and get some refund for me.

We couldn't wait to leave. We literally ate food with cockroach crawling over the buffet

Cockroaches. Holes in walls. No window. Power outages. Bad AC. Maintenance person cut a live wire in our suite to fix a light and then left

I booked from 25 to 29 .Got confirmation email from booking .com.Also I directly contacted through phone on 24 where it was confirmed .They told 'yes'.But on 25 they was just arriving to the hotel at 4 pm .Then they contacted through phone and told that the room was 'sold out'.That they can give me a room on someother location and not on the same location .Then I told I will complain.But on arrival they just given me the room and asked me give the whole payment on check in itself and just given.

I booked 35 rooms - I did nto have on epoint of contact. Guests complained of the WiFi not working well, not getting towels when asked for, etc.. I had a major issue with Mamta on the billing front. She just did not understand my ask and not able to respond.

Reasonably clean and some of the staff at least tried to make it a decent stay

Noisy paper thin walls and floors; incredibly bad housekeeping - left room without towels for hours despite imploring them to leave dirty towels in the room if they couldn’t replace with clean towels: routinely forgot to replace toilet paper. Stay away from the buffet if you want to avoid Delhi belly

The rooms which were alloted they were superbly small and had stained and torn towels

The food spread was good, at breakfast. Dinner was also good.

1. Wrong promise. I booked a family suite room and was given a room in the basement that had clearly not been used in a while.2. Telephones did not work.3. Chair was broken.4. Toilet was not cleaned, and not dusted in quite some time.5. NOT ONE WORD OF APOLOGY FROM ANY OF THE STAFF.6. And NONE of them SMILED, at any point of my entire stay!!!!
