How they treated me in the middle of the road.Totally 5to6 peoples rounded me and they starts beating kicking punching to my face continuesly without any big reason.And at the first I thought of saying about this matter wen i booked and got the confirmation done and received code tooo. It cost was like 1300 .We entere there and just started about my booking and it's confirmed by booking. Com.Just he made some bullshit stupid arguments about business and started blaming this booking platform. Just startd talking about price and they were like we don't have profit from this booking platform so we can't give it for this price 1300 by online booking.And I started talking about this how can you even tell all this wen all the procedures of booking are done and confirmed and also we are here in front of you now just to check in for my booking at this oyo stay.Seriously they denied and started by a low voice like there is a room available but we can't make you stay at that price of 1300 for 3persons how booking.Com offered you.And you can check in directly from here for 1600 for 3persons .And we were helpless by anyone and we were tired out of travelling also.Just we needed a little bit space to rest our body so I preferred booking. Com as the best platform to find the stay very easily and teisted as genuine online booking platform .But seriously the worst day I suffered very very very bad by this property especially staffs by their behavior towards me like movie style fight without any small mistakes from me and they wer drunk and they don't even have humanity. The day I felt I was dead by their attacking style upon me.Omg seriously how they can round up for only one person and i was beaten like a street dog in the middle of the road .And I seriously thanking this booking.com for the best suggestion stay at townhouse oyo stays at kengeri.

We had booked an AC room but after going they said rooms are full and you have to take non AC rooms while we had paid for AC room.Worst stayWorst people

When I checked in reception staff told me 300 rupees extra you have to pay when I ask why he said this rate you wont get hotel ,so you need to pay 300 rupees. Fine I paid They when I checked in there is no towel. Towel shortage is big. Insect in room . Bed is not comfortable

The attitude of the workers, they are unfit to be in the hospitality business with such arrogance, They are interested in the bookings online [Booking,com, Agoda etc], but not at the rate shown on these websites, Once you try to check in they will demand some arbitrary cost and if you object saying you have confirmed booking from online, they will arrogantly respond and say go talk to OYO, the price what you see online is not valid.The AC does not function properly, and if you switch on the fan, it makes a lot of noise, and you are scared it may fall on your head. At least in the room I was staying in, this was the situation.There is simply no reception, If you dial 9 from the room, they just cut the call.The room and bathroom are okay. Check out this hotel only if you are single and don't have any alternate options available, and be prepared to shell out much more than what is displayed on the booking websites.

I will never go or suggest the property for anyone. Pls stay away

I booked prior and upon reaching they denied the booking. The staff was very rude. Me and family reached the hotel at 9 pm with my baby and they just refused the room. The reason for refusing was that I need to come early.

No maintainance, NO TV , No service , Worst part is stinky smell, beds are bad and used bedsheets were given to us

I was informed at the reception. That there are no rooms available.The staff at the reception was annoying. He was not ready to talk properly. He very rudely said to contact the customer support if I need any clarification.

The Property did provide room for stay. They asked for advance booking. We arrived little late at the property and they said no rooms available and no vacancy. We disappointed.

It was supposed to be AC room,but on reaching the hotel we were told no AC,no TV.Tap fitting in the bathroom were broken.Room service not up to the mark.

We paid full amount at the time of booking and on the check in day around at 12 pm they made a phone call and said rooms are not available, while people were travelling towards the hotel. We were denied check in. We had to pay double amount at another property as it was last minute. People with health issues were stranded. Then the oyo said it will take 7-14 days to recredit the account. Never book any hotel under the banner oyo.we lost money, time and efforts

The location was very convenient to nearly restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and helpful. They keep the premises clean. Very helpful with questions related to the local area
