The restobar was okay.

I had booked for 2 rooms for 4 adults for 2 nights through booking.com. When I reached the receptionist said the have booking only for 1 room for 2 nights.Then they made me wait for long to allocate another room. While making the advance payment, receptionist assumed the amount shown was only for 1 room/2 night.Then had to wait for the accountant to come and settle. The rooms were good for only one person, they provided only one towel and toiletries were minimal. While booking it was showing complimentary breakfast, and in the morning when I checked with the new receptionist, she confirmed it is complimentary. While having the breakfast, the restaurant informed we have to pay. They said the booking has been changed to no breakfast. Ended up cancelling the 2nd day booking and find another place.

Very run-down property, unclean, and the staff dozed off on the lobby couch. Very uncomfortable beds worn out and filthy towels

First I was given a stinky room. The property looks little old. Also better to mention it's got attached bar.

Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. And the location was very close to my client. It was beneficial for me.

Maintenance can definitely improve.

Toilets were not clean and water flow problem. Breakfast was not served hygienic and flies everywhere on the food

housekeeping staff was the only thing that was good.

reception staff, food rate, food quantity at lunch and the service. room manager and reception have poor communication, while checking out we asked to prepare the bill and then it was told that first HK staff will come and check the room then we will prepare bill, it made us feel like a THIEF, then we were told first give the keys then we will give the bill. the check out was insulting ....the bathroom shower door was broken, sink had stains, towels were yellowish in colour. at night when you sleep, your room vibrantes heavily due to a pub next to the building. till midnight you can hear loud music and dj it is impossible to sleep. we had elderly person with us it became difficult. we asked for extra matress, reception staff said first you pay then you will get mattress. we said, once you give the matress we will come downstairs and pay, she did not agree to this. extremely disappointing reception desk staff. they have not been trained by the manager how to talk. we felt we are staying in a local lodge. while checking out I wanted to speak to the manager, reception desk said he is in a meeting. he cannot speak, I asked a call back which he did not do till now. I have taken his card and anyway will call him. this hotel tells itself as business hotel but is pathetic and should have 1 star

the staff at the reception is very upsetting, they are flustered and do not know how to treat guests. They charged us at arrival only for the day which was weird, when we asked for extra bed, they said you first pay then we will give extra bed. there is no politeness. we chose a room with the floor manager and by the time I reached the reception to take my family upstairs, the room was given to another guest which I had selected. there is a huge communication gap between staff.talking about rooms, there are stains in the bathroom, the shower door is not there another room it is there, room was stinking when we arrived, we had to as hk to come back and spray room freshner. food is super expensive, one roti costs 75/- and this is a 3 star hotel with such awful experience for guests.they charge 2 times taxes, one for food and tax for service on every delivery. this is the first hotel we found this policy. we were served food in broken plates, we waited for dinner plate delivery at room and even after calling two times and we going to ask the plate at the restaurant, they did not give us. One of us were forced to eat directly from the curry bowl on which the food was given. In the mid of Bangalore we cannot expect this experience. at night when you sleep, there is a pub next to this hotel and the loud music goes on till 12 am , the entire room vibrantes and shakes at the sound and volume of the music. we had old parent with us who suffered a lot due to this. people staying next to our rooms also had such experience staying here. however, we appreciate the hospitality of the room cleaning boys and the food delivery waiters they were the politest. they are the only thing good in this hotel.reception staff is horrible at serving the guests. this place should be 1 star.

Excellent location by the side of the main road. Nice supportive staff. Tasty breakfast.

Room size is not that great for an executive room. Old TV with grainy screen & very few channels subscribed. The executive room is not much value for money.

I liked the location

I didn't like the fact that they didn't have the smart TV in the room, and when I asked for extra water I was asked to pay for it. Also, there was just one towel in the room and no toothpaste/toothbrush

There r not good staff and management and bathroom inside bucket and mugs not available so it's not good for me because 3star hotels are take money 3000above but there not anything inside the room one single hanger also not available than u pay that much rooms

We were asked for a non- smoking room. However, we got a room with a smoking odour. When questioned about the restaurant they didn't respond.It was hard for us to sleep at night during that time.Also, there was a pub next to our room which caused a lot of disturbance till 2 AM at midnight.Complained about the same yet no response.We booked actually for 5 days stay but vacated in less than 24hrs losing lots of money for nothing good.bedding and towels not washed and linted a lot.Overall a very bad experience

The property location is good, and staff members were very helpful. It's located on the main road.There are near hotels and restaurant bars..Food rates were too expensive,

The food was too expensive, they didn't provide extra water bottel. If u book double accupencey, they only give 2 water bottles of 500ml..atlesst should provide 1L of 2qty.Double towal is always recommended for double accupencey. Otherwise is okie.

The location,the ambiance,cleanliness of the rooms and the maintained furniture and other room accessories.

This is my third time stay in this property,i think this line is enough to say that there is nothing not to like about this property. It matched all my expectations from staff behaviour to food to the ambiance and room comfort.

This time the stay was costlerThe staff at the reception during check-in were not up to the mark They were too busy explaining the extra charges applicable , rather than welcoming This time I checked in twice in a span of 4 days But the computer system there at the reception did not have my data provided 4 days earlier Had to go through all again However, while checking out, I had a very friendly man at reception And the staff at restaurant were excellent

Room was nice and spacious, it was as requested on the quiet side well kept and clean. The ambiance was comfortable and cozy. Well managed and well maintained property.

The kitchen staff could be a bit more polite,not all were such but a few could be more polite to the requests of the guests!

Good place for work stay

There is a club with common wall .. till 12 midnight my room wall was vibrating with bass
