Property was Okay

Location. This Property is located backside of Yeshwantpur Junction in Bangalore. The problem is get ready to wake up to the stench of Butcher Shops all around you. The Road has some grill dome in the middle of the road making it hard to commute during day time.

The location was extremely bad. This hotel is next to fish market, chicken shops, slums - in short extremely bad locality. It has spoiled reputation of "booking.com" in my mind. I will think 10 times before my next hotel booking thro you.

Helpful staff - quite friendly and smiling.

The location is terrible - right in the middle of a wet meat market, the air reeks of dead flesh, just getting in and out of the hotel to about 200 meters is a nightmare. And the hotel is poorly maintained. I had to take of TV plug to use a kettle, and then unplug it to charge my phone!

Staff and room are good. Spacious room and good food.

Location is horrible. Diff rates are charged to diff people even on long stays. Sometimes there is a weird smell coming from outside in the room. Even after cleaning, we found small insects twice in our room.

Transport facilities can be included on payment

Front desk was efficient. The pleasant mannered lady who attended on me was capable in her area and made the check in and check out a smooth affair.Disinfection was being done punctually. Rooms were neat and tidy.Dinner was excellent (Dal kichdi was simply great), Complimentary breakfast was good.Good place to stay when you drive into Bangalore and want to avoid the terrible city traffic.

I sympathise with the owners that they have lost valuable frontage due to thoughtless road and business development. What was a high class hotel now is struggling with a narrow road in front, hardly enough for entry and exit for vehicles.To further make things worse, the road (if you can call it that!) is lined with fish stalls and butcher shops making it quite unpleasant when you get out of the hotel. To the credit of the owners, in spite of these negatives, the hotel is well maintained.

Worst feeling !

Location was bad but still managed, Hotel Room was fair good but no hot water kettle in room. In my 10 years business career, this is the first hotel has no facility of in-room tea, coffee premix, no bathroom accessories like soap, brush, paste etc. I left Hotel early 7 am morning had no tea and coffee even not room service support. Worst feeling !

Room was clean and well maintainedStaff were friendly

They charged additional 1600 Rs for early check-in at 10 a.m.Despite request already being sent to them the previous day.
