Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road

Property was ok

Shower you can nearly enter as a crown non Asian person. The door of shower opens inside making you struggle to enter the shower

Excellent breakfast, great chefs. Clean rooms

Exceptionally expensive for what it offered

Breakfast was excellent, staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean and ok, even though you can already see the many years that the rooms are in use.The location was excellent for our prupose (business trip), as we had to go to the Tech Park next door every day, which is just a few min walk.Large rooms. Nice pool area, where you can also eat and enjoy some after-work drinks.

High price for this hotel category. Rooms could need some refurbishment.

Amazing breakfast with lots of options . The staff is very friendly and welcoming.” i am very happy Chef Mr. Dola & Mr. Chai wala thanks especially for there fabulous services.

Pleasant

They made quite some mistakes with my bill at checkout and tried to hide it, asked me to pay without showing the amounts. Tried charging me in Euro a much higher amount than the INR amount. No explanation was given :(

The rooms were clean

If you are an Indian traveler, you might want to avoid staying in this hotel. I have faced discriminatory incidents by the staff multiple times in the presence of the shift managers and they haven't done much about it. The front desk is not helpful and the staff is extremely rude.

The staff were amazing and so helpful. Very attentive, going the extra mile to help with missing luggage. Good choice of options on the breakfast buffet.

I'd have said the room was expensive for a city in the UK. Given that I took 14 people out for dinner for 50% of the cost of one night at this hotel shows that it might not be the best value for money.

The hotel staff is extremely kind and attentive. The chef would stop by at every meal and make sure we were happy. We basically wanted for nothing. The spa was also extremely nice. The rooms are nice and clean and the beds are very comfortable. Overall, the hotel was absolutely wonderful.

The room had a glass wall where you can see into the bathroom and shower. However, you can also see through to the toilet, which is awkward. This isn't a major deal just a weird aspect of the room.

Modern and very clean propertyStaff very helpful, friendlyAnd professional Good was a high standard and breakfast /Dinner with lots of options Rooms very well maintained , modern and comfortable

Great breakfast with lots of optionsThe staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Despite being asked multiple times what I need, it took a lot of time (30 mins) to get a coffee. All other things were served in time.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and the food was excellent!

The key cards get discharged every single day and need to be replaced.

Staff good, property clean.

Overall doesn’t look like a 5 star. Food had varieties. But not of 5 star quality. Facilities starting from reception look to be mediocre. But, one has little option in the vicinity.

Location was close to our new offices in Bangalore. The hotel was like a Marriott is to be expected. Good rooms, good service, and a great breakfast. The pool area is small but sufficient.

Nothing comes to mind.

Pleasant

First night it was hurable .. because I was put in completely bad smell room and it was loud. I still could understand why..

locationvery friendly personal and good foods

Good variety . Delectable. Courteous staff

Should have kept News paper

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, spacious lobby and common areas, excellent breakfast. Location is convenient for the nearby tech parks.

The personnel was very polite, the room was clean and the breakfast was very tasty.

Stay as you are.

The room was big, and the hotel has a taxi service, making things easier.

The breakfast wasn't good; the gym is small, and the receptionist talked too much (tried hard to push for me to upgrade to the suite)

clean and wellmaintained

slow response by house keeping
