Large and spacious room; the main reason to stay here is just the location, a very short walk from the bustling 80ft road, and yet in a quiet cul-de-sac where there is no traffic or noise outside.

I guess one is paying a premium mainly for the location; otherwise, this place is pretty overpriced, given that things are quite basic. The single biggest source of discomfort is the noise; most of the rooms are closely clustered around the lobby/reception/dining area, and the soundproofing is essentially non-existent. So there is constant noise and activity from outside. The dining area seems to be particularly noisy, and room 109 where I stayed gets a lot of noise from the kitchen. For some reason they wash the dishes loudly at precisely 1.30am every night, and so your sleep is guaranteed to be disrupted.Cleanliness is also not great, and all other furniture, fittings etc. in the room are OK but nothing particularly nice.

Room 103 gets a lot of noise from the reception and from the neighbouring room, with constant loud conversations, blaring TV and mobile phone videos, etc.Cleanliness is also not great, and all other furniture, fittings etc. in the room are OK but nothing particularly nice.

The room was not very clean, the washroom was not very clean and the water from the tap also had a weird smell to it. Towels were not new and overall I would never recommend staying here. Too much for the price and the location is not great. Never coming back here.

The staff was very good and understanding. They even go out of their way to accommodate. For example I wanted tea early in the morning, earlier than when they start serving breakfast. However when I requested the person at the reception, he was kind to make me one.

There was nothing that we liked but we had no option to change the booking on the spot as we reached the suites in the night. They charged a INR 3.3K and the price was not worth for the room they provided by the receptionist.

I had to change the room thrice. 1st room was very untidy(toilets) and was small.2nd room was a bit spacious but had short circuit and took the receptionist 30mins to provide us with other rooms.3rd room was better but in the noon the receptionist asked me to move back to second room as they had accepted another guest without even informing me. They did not even change the bedsheets, blankets and pillow cover for the next guest. They just dusted it and kept it ready for the next guests.? Overall I had very bad experience and I wouldn't recommend this suites to anyone especially if you tired from traveling. These situations will exhaust you more and it's so annoying ?

The location,the staff ,breakfast

The rooms are very basic in need off a deep clean ,a paint ,and fresh end up in general Also in need off an international card machine ,as having to pay cash can cause a problem

Staff were pleasant. But they could not help much as the premises were not maintained well.

Poor upkeep of the premises. The rooms were not clean. The bathroom had an open ventilator and mosquitos were infesting. They don't have routine cleaning. The bed sheets and towels were very old and stained. Internet connectivity was very poor. I just vacated the place after 2 days though I had booked and paid for 3 days. They promptly collected the full payment despite my informing them that I am vacating due to poor conditions

The property overall is well-maintained, however I noticed that the room assigned to me could do some more maintenance. There were spider webs, and the curtains in the bedroom appeared aged. Nonetheless, the rest of the experience was excellent, with friendly staff and a very satisfying breakfast.

The cook and the cleaner,both were excellent,very helpful coperative..Of the two managers ,one was timid

No chairs inside the room.The odissa manager (day time)was fine.The night time manager was not understanding our issue s...The best person we liked was the cleaner.A pleasent,cheerful helping man who did his duty perfectly

Hotel rooms are clean and neat. Locality is quiet. It is nearer to the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). Variety of Indian restaurants are closed by along with Pizza Hut, Subway, and Starbucks.

They have a small in-house restaurant. They provide Break Fast which is good. Lunch and Dinner are not provided.

Charges were laid extra , , servent should help the guest, tiffin chef and room service guy is good , reception is very poor, disturbing so many time in nights

Maintenance noise was coming at night and had to inform reception to stop that

the service was inconsistent at best. Booking.com suggested an free early checkin was available but was charged 500 extra. asked for a pillow on day 1 but didn’t come. There was constant construction work going on so a peaceful stay was out of the question. The most ridiculous thing is that someone came in the middle of the afternoon and asked permission to work in the room during the stay.

Place is well located and rooms are clean and good sized. It is a fantastic place to stay only if you get in rooms with balcony. Other rooms are tiny for the price.

It is tiny bit overpriced considering the amenities and breakfast they serve. Front desk is helpful but cannot do much about anything. For everything they require manager permission

Find some difficulty in locating Hotel as it is interior and surrounded by Residential Apartments.Breakfast is very good and Nice.

The phone number was switched off. No sign or directions. Food was not good. Didn't feel value for money
