Nice room, easy access, good staff

Good location but becoa of that noisy inside and out, especially evenings.

This hotel has seen better days.Beware if leaving for an early flight that the entrances are gated and locked at night, and finding someone to open up can be difficult.

The Manager Lohith Devaiah and staff were very helpful and even let us into our room although we arrived at 4am and check in was supposed to be 12:00 amThis included waking up the gemntleman who cleaned the rooms at 4 in the morning!The hotel is ideally situated for the Bangalore nightlife and is very centralWe will definitely stay here again next time we are in Bangalore.There’s are two restaurants on the floor above with amazing views of Bangalore. They even had a visiting Egyptian Vulture!!

Arriving at night our Taxi driver found it difficult to locate the hotel as building work was in progress and the main entrance for cars was closed off. However after the initial confusion things were sorted out very quickly

Room was spacious with high speed internet, wide TV loaded with Android TV , big balcony, courteous staff. Al Carte delicious breakfast in the room.

Shower needs a uplift. No hand shower. Exhaust fan was noisy.

The main tower gates will not open early in the morning, so in case you want to leave early in th morning, you have to go to the basement in order to exit the tower

The hotel room interiors and furniture are dated. Rooms are sound proof. Very friendly and helpful staff, limited breakfast options, very close to many restaurants, but needs new furniture and fixtures!

The access to the hotel as well as the signage to the hotel needs to be improved, as most cabs get confused once they arrive at the location

First class hospitality. Lovely spacious room with a great view of Bangalore. The team were friendly and helpful at every stage. Also the restaurants upstairs s and get some of the best food I had on my trip. Top tip, try the Burmese Khaoswe, it's insanely good.

The hotel is just about one floor in a building : the Barton Center. The location of this hotel is very good. The staff is great. Breakfast is a room service. Perhaps i would have prefered a buffet in a room outside my room.

The rooms are just under a restaurant on the 13th Floor ( quite famous, i recommend). So you can hear at evening/night the chairs mouvement on the floor.

The Hotel is on the 12th floor of the Barton Centre, below a series of excellent restaurants on the 13th floor. Rooms are large, the staff is very helpful and the semi-pedestrianized and lively Church Street is just behind the building. Cubbon Park is also steps away, albeit across a couple of well-trafficked roads.

Signage at ground level seems nonexistent, so you should just be aware of the location and proceed to the 12th floor.

it’s not sound proof and every night the pub sound was too loud which is not comfortable and the sleeping time was disturbed.

I really like the rooms. The rooms are very spacious. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. Manager Mr. Lohith and his team are very supportive. And 13th Floor has a pub with a beautiful night view of the city.

The ambience in spite of being at the center of the city. The welcoming attitude of the staff and their attention detail for guest's comfort; and most certainly the Hotel Manager Mr. Lohith.

Definitely not 4star facility, towels were not clean, very noisy in the night especially from the pub. Corridor noises causes disturbances.
