- I didn't get wat i expected, 1. i was charged 13% than and they told me its tax if ever it should have been mentioned on site that taxes are extra, I FELT CHEATED. 2. i booked for 8 adults + 3 kids i was given 5 single beds in 2 rooms, when i questioned got a vague answer that they cant give beds for 3 kids, felt like slapping the reception guy.3. In short receptionist is a disgrace.-If we book online and ask for anything they charge us extra, service is not the same like if u book direct. - Attendant wasn't cooperative.- Beds were dirty..

Good location hot water geyser no time limits of bathing

There was no power, no fan, no ac working whole night (1am to 8am ).And also no one answering phone calls. It was vwet difficult contact rhe hotel reception. Even we have mailed booking.com..

Overall service was bad, floor was extremely dusty and dirty, shower room with toilet sucks.It wasn't cleaned.Bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed after the last check out, it was stinking.,despite several requests, they didn't send anyone to help us.As we had two kids with us, it was traumatic experience.

Parking was tricky as the basement is in a very bad shape.There was constant noise by the staff as they all talked loudly throughout the night. Our room was on the ground floor so there was constant noise from outside traffic and the adjoining shops next door. The hotel itself is located at a very busy intersection.Rooms very old and dingy. Bed and pillows had a foul smell.We had to ask for water and towels because they were not available in the room.Overall, the place is very shady and bad.
