While check in , Bathroom was not clean , old guest hairs were found in Bathroom Hair comb was not kept ,TV remote not working , AC was not enough cool was sweating
Clean and comfortable rooms and excellent service. My dad was admitted to Narayana Hrudyalaya hospital. So the commute was quite decent. The hotels closer to the hospital weren't as good.

Rude front desk male executive. outside food not allowed . the amenities in the room including shampoo and conditioner was stored in a damaged vessel .
Narayana Hospital was near where we visoted . Food was too good .
Staff was un trained . They do not know their duties .Example if you ask drinking water, one by one they will go to resturant and no one will come back . If you call food in room , they know there are two guest but by mistake they bring one set of cutlary and plate and for second there is no response . In case you ask extra towel they will not give as one for one is enough they say .
