The hotel facilities are good and the staff is very supportive food and cleaning. And breakfast was very good.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the hotel's facilities were impressive. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

The best stay in city staff was very friendly especially Receptionist manager Nazim is too good.

On the morning of check-in, I received a call from some "OYO Group" instructing me to pay the tariff online without which they would cancel the booking. (Hotel booking cancellation policy in booking.com was "Free Cancellation anytime"). Even though the hotel was informed of my check-in time and payment would be made at the time of check-in (as per booking.com hotel policy), the someone from "OYO group" contacted me and stated that they do not accept cash and booking needs to be made only online immediately in the morning via debit/credit card to hold the booking and not during my check-in. This appeared to be some sort of a scam and hence and I was not comfortable staying in this hotel anymore. I immediately cancelled the booking via booking.com portal and stayed elsewhere.It was a hastle for me to look for another hotel at the last minute, but found it to be safer this way. It is suggested to booking.com portal to brief the hotel clearly about the policies and guidelines so that such cases can be avoided in the future.

We had a pleasant stay. The location is an added advantage. And the room was neat and staff was polite. We had a pleasant stay.

Hotel room are very specious, clean and appealing. staffs are helpful. location is good.

The service was excellent, and the place was neat and well-maintained. It’s open to everyone, and there’s no age restriction. The only downside is the occasional noise from the nearby party hall, which can be a bit distracting.

Roon size was ok and very much clean .Hotel staff were very much polite and friendly. Ready to help you instantly. Spacious common space with nice seating arrangement. Wish they could arrange lunch and dinner facilities.

Disaster

First of all That hotel's name is not super Ohotel. It's something else. And the facilities in the hotel is very bad.. AC not working, TV not workin, no Wi-Fi signal. Lot of rats coming in the room on night time. Room cleanness also so poor.

Worst and waste stay in my life...First thing stay Name is not super Hotel O.. It is different and no ac is there... No safety for family... 3rd class stay.

Room was not given and cheated me even after books ‘‘twas confirmed . Told me room is unavailable at 12.00 am

Cheating business of hotel

The rooms were nice, the staff was well behaved, the location is very good. I almost had no complaints.

It's a very bad experience. I reserved the rooms 3 days back, and when I reached the hotel, the receptionist told that there are no rooms available for me...then why the f*** I should book in this app. When I further enquired the receptionist told me to complaint to customer service with such an audacity. And the final hero Booking.com customer service never accepts a call, I've waited and waited and waited, nothing happened. This all happened around midnight. So think twice before booking

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The customer service here was really great. All the staff went out of there way to help me with anything I needed. The hotel is in great location and close to anything you need. I enjoyed my room and everyday the staff would clean the room very thoroughly.

Bad

I booked the room on booking.com and the reservation was confirmed from the hotels side. When I visited the hotel the receptionist said they didn't get any bookings and all their rooms were sold out.
