Shoba Tulip

I like the size of the room, I like the cleanliness. I like the staff, they were helping in nature and polite.

Tv was there but HINDI language channels were not there, wifi speed is little slow. Basin is too small. Door does not have any additional lock from inside, I don't feel safe. Door should always have 2 extra locks which can only be opened from inside. That's the major safety required. In the middle of the night whenever I hear any noice, I wake up and see if my door is locked and not open by anyone from any key. Lack of safety. Need huge attention here.

Nothing - moved from another similar priced hotel in Ganganagar to try this location and was left sorely disappointed.

Where to start - it was a noisy location, very dusty, with power outages through the hotel twice during my visit. The lift is the size of a coffin, slow to open and close doors, and not inspiring of confidence. Rooms were dusty and not clean at all. I was coughing constantly whilst the fan and AC were running, so much so I had to turn them off and endure the heat in preference to coughing my lungs up. Bed linen looked like it hadn't been changed before my visit but definitely wasn't serviced (or the rest of the room) in the three days I endured. One power socket only, and that was coming away from the wall leaving wires exposed. No toilet paper in the entire time I was there. Bidet hose was old and filthy. Toilet didn't flush very well either, with a very weak water supply. Despite a boiler for shower water supply there was zero hot water either - at all - at any time. I'm surprised Booking.com allow bookings here - it isn't up to standard in so many ways. It really is a health hazard. As stated I left a hotel priced very similarly that was way ahead of the Shoba Tulip in every single way. I wouldn't stay at the Shoba Tulip nor recommend anyone else to, even to a backpacker.

The bathroom sinks in both the rooms were leaking and a stench was always there in the bathrooms.

Spacious double occupancy room at reasonable price.

The only thing I didn't like is the location.

Room odour was bad.exaust fan was not working in bathroom .TV he dint recharge.furnitures were in broken condition.worst experience for the charge I pay to book this.I recommended no one to book this hotel seeing the front elevation.water was as if tank is not cleaned for months.

Hotel staff were very kind and co-operative, I appreciate the their service, overall it was happy stay.
